I feel like the hate she gets from the cobra community is weirdly disproportionate. I don’t like her by any stretch but I feel mostly apathetic. Her antics don’t really garner more than an eye roll from me personally. yet you have people obsessing over her and absolutely flying off the handle whenever she’s brought up, and usually, they themselves are the only ones bringing her up. It’s weird that her online presence, which is essentially avoidable unless you seek it voluntarily and doesn’t amount to much more than being obnoxious and annoying sends people into a white knuckle rage

The problem is Courtney specifically targets lonely men who have a difficult time getting attention from any women. And she's purposely misleading with the end goal of harming these damaged men even further.

Put yourself in Josh's shoes. You're a hideous freak that's insulted and bullied most of your life. You have to struggle through life alone. Then, some woman comes along and is excessively nice to you, even giving you money and buying things for you. This is a stark contrast to how he's been treated most of his life. How is Josh supposed to throw this opportunity away? The only way for him to know better is to get burnt by women like this previously, and all this does is further destroys your already low view of humanity.

Something like this would steer any regular streamer to limit or stop drinking during streams at least for a bit. But Josh has been taught that his embarrassing moments are a symtpom of his autism, and that's his biggest fault.

Personally I am betting on it being the former rather than the latter just because he's got so many other problems going on he was given a problem with the cork in a state ready to pop and he's made it pop through the booze and drugs.

Apart from his Food Hacks and take away he's mostly getting his calories from Booze and processing booze in your system takes a huge amount of resources as the body try's to process out a toxin that's why when your hung over you tend to crave certain foods because your body's trying to replenish them but after a while your body just stops doing that.

Cobes is likely seriously lacking in vitamin B and Iron at this point and likely vitamin C but he's possibly getting enough from energy drinks, I think he'd do well to add a multi vitamin into his morning routine just to try and stave off the worst if he wont stop drinking.

One thought has occurred to me with Cobes is that he knows that his drinking is killing him and he doesn't care because he thinks that his life is so shitty he doesn't see a way out so he'll keep drinking etc to dull the pain.

That's my take on it anyway, to him it's slow enough that it's not outright like killing himself but it has the same end effect.

I am guessing that he chose Booze and Drugs out of rebellion because he was always told they where bad and pose a risk to him more than others because of his various other problems, and he's said nha fuck that and started doing it to be his own man and now he's turned it into a problem that's making his pre-existing issues worse.

Yea, Boredom, Depression and Alcoholism are a dangerous mix add in social isolation to that and you've got a ticking time bomb of metal health and substance abuse issues.

A lot of the more successful drug and alcohol treatment programs start off by trying to help you find a displacement activity you can delve into rather than drinking or using drugs, but Cobes doesn't seem to have a interest outside of drinking and music his wands are at best a cash grab but at one time he had a genuine interested in making them so I do think there might be a creative opening there for him but I cant tell if he stopped doing them because he was drunk all the time or lost interest in them after a point outside of his own personal use, sometimes you just need a creative hobby as a hobby not something you do to make money from.

I'm sorta tempted to send him a few books on the introduction to certain crafts he can do just to see if that piques his interest in some way.
