How drunk you are is totally up to the discretion of the person selling booze. They have a mandate to cut off drunks. The dead drunk who's been coming in for years at 9am and again at 2pm for two steel reserves? He's fine. A gross, smelly boglim stumbles in with liquor on his breath? You gotta decide whether him throwing up in his mouth and dying is worth your job.

it says on an online listing that his apartment complex has laundry facilities, and he's mentioned doing laundry a few times so I assume he drags his shit down there maybe once a month if that. I also remember him saying sometime in the past year or so that his stepmom was dropping off his laundry or just dropped it off or something like that so that may also be a thing, or was.

If youre taking adderall or something, and you need it, and you arent taking like 4 or 5 pills or whatever, or dosing every few hours or trying to snort them, they actually work recreationaly and youre just like, how do people get high on this and why. It just calms you down and makes you feel kinda normal or even zombified.

He might also have something like an ETOH on his record and cant doctor shop or whatever, and his dad is a go between between the doctors and gets and doses out the pills or something, I dont know if thats something you can do.

Im reading backwards, but the other thing is, most liquor stores dont care, even if there are 3 you go to regularly, theyre just like "Take it easy man, drink responsibly".

I think what might have happened is his card got declined or he didnt have enough cash and they wouldnt sell him anything not just put something back, and he threw a tantrum. But I think most alcoholics know how to hide any alcohol on their breath and not show up smelling like booze, and most alcoholics try to at least look functional and not homeless.

idk why but I figured after that interaction maybe he would've at least showered with a fine selection from his extensive hoard of tactical soap, but he obviously didn't. gotta show that bitch at albertsons what smelling like booze really is, and fuck the trolles its totally acceptable to only shower twice a month.

Some alcoholics myself included have a list of shops they go through so This on on Monday, that one on Tuesday and so on it looks like Josh is just going to the same one over and over again and I do know tat places keep tabs on whoa buying what and how much as well and a lot of them especially if there is a AA or similar organisation pushing for a social responsibility action will cut you off if your a obvious problem drinker.

I know my local AA does something like that where they pressure the local off-licences and Bar's to cut people off who are known alcoholics and give them a pamphlet with the times and locations of local meetings and some NHS services.

I really truly wonder what he said/did because if he's saying he didn't make a stink then he definitely did.

Also if he was still wearing the Sabbath shirt then chances are that was the bigger smell giveaway than anything else given how his shirts are more like bibs than actual shirts.

He wore the same shirt for nearly 2 weeks straight. Add in the fact it has been nearly 100 degrees (37 Celcius) this week in Casper and you have a stinking, sweating Boglim, and I regrettably know from my time in the military that you will start to smell like ammonia if don't bathe. Only people I've encountered like that were homeless...

Boglim Boy was probably smelling like booze and ammonia.
