Can confirm was in their discord for a while just to try and get a “peek behind the curtains” and whatever treasure trove of ExCluSiVe gAtEkEpT cOnTeNt they were apparently sitting on. It was literally 99% of the time a bunch of randoms talking about random shit nobody cared about and cobra occasionally posting a link to some random YouTube video or whatever he was jerking off to on chaturbate and then everybody saying TWU and trying to get his attention only for him to ignore them. People would always @ him and he’d ignore it entirely. Like once every few months he’d abruptly pop on vc and talk with people but it wasn’t anything you didn’t see when he’s featured on Courtney/other peoples discord streams on YouTube. With the ONE exception of the warlord fight but that was apparently a huge deal cause nothing like that had happened before.

Anyways I ended up just leaving it cause especially after the warlord fight “leaked” cobra was even LESS active so it was just a discord of random people talking about random shit unrelated to cobra or reacting to his latest video and @ing him only to be ignored. Even before that the few times cobra didn’t interact it was not notable at all and pretty boring. At a point it really felt more like a cyrax discord with occasional cameos from cobra posting a chaturbate link. Courtney was rarely ever active and was never in any of the voice chats with cobra including the night he fought warlord. The idea that they’re all master sting puller scheming behind the scene is laughable, they all seem to be ex/current addicts and juggalos. Museum is cool though, when he was active.

I guess what I’m saying is the fabled Courtney discord is just a boring discord hangout for random internet friends like any other you’d find that cobra occasionally makes an abrupt appearance on and interacts with people really awkwardly. A lot of the time he’s silently watching family guy or some shit until somebody addresses him and then he’ll pause it, answer, and then go back to watching family guy. Eventually people just end up having their own conversations while cobra is awkwardly present. Really not very interesting or entertaining at all. He’s a pretty lucid and interesting guy to talk to if you can luck out and get in a vc with him and very few other people talking over one another. Bonus if there’s no retards screeching tired memes. If the conversation goes in a direction he doesn’t like or you say something that rubs him the wrong way (even if he’s just misinterpreting what you mean because he’s paranoid of getting trolled and autistic. Even simple jokes go way over his head) he’s likely to abruptly leave. Very skittish.

Just to put this into perspective, Josh is the kind of person where if he doesn't have cigarettes he will fish dozens of wet cigarette butts from a smokers pole and smoke them. For weeks on end. He is very efficient at fueling his own train wreck, a couple of bucks in his pocket isn't going to change that.

Not that I don't appreciate the effort involved and the johnny-on-the-spot work ethic some of those guys have, I do, but I just disagree. I think the more boring Josh gets, the more people collectively agree on setting the bar lower for what's considered good content and what Josh has been making for the past year or so now has been nothing short of abysmally boring and lazy. The people who clip him now are just clipping the same livestream, over and over, and there's nothing there but an alcoholic sitting in a bugchair, talking to a screen about child molesters and bikini try-ons. The audio that leaked during the Floorlord Incident made it quite apparent the Discord is running on about as much brain power as Cobes himself. Hearing a pack of zilches try and fail to pry anything out of him was a real hoot and a holler.
