Depends a lot on the dog. Certain breeds are very vulnerable, but whatever pound mutt he could realistically end up with would likely be fine.

This is true. Dark baking chocolate is much more toxic to dogs than the regular milk/dark chocolate they typically come across. My dad has a Labrador that ate an entire bag of chocolate candy. The vet said to give her a hydrogen peroxide mix to induce vomiting. She didn't get sick from the candy or the peroxide. The dumb shit just took a nap and was fine.

the lizard didnt die because of a lack of proper bearded dragon advice. it died because cobra is disgusting and never learned how to be a functioning human. puff was trapped inside a dirty fish tank, living in his own filth and breathing polluted air in a dust caked apartment. cobras idea of a treat for puff was suffocating his tiny lungs with marijuana smoke to get him high. i think any living creature including cobra who has 20 more years at best would die under these conditions


cobra probably did deserve this because I don't believe his story that puff ran away. my theory is that he found puff dead in his tank and came up with an excuse to absolve himself of any blame. this makes more sense than a sedentary malnourished lizard who moves at the speed of a turtle managing to jump off cobras shoulder and escape from his line of sight without cobra noticing or doing anything about it

I've had a similar feeling since I first heard the story but after seeing his reaction and listening to his whole spiel, I'm getting funsized Felica vibes. You can kill a medium sized dog with around 10g of high quality dark chocolate. The more cacao there's in the chocolate, the smaller the portion needed to kill a dog. Cocoa butter and white chocolate (which has no cacao in) is as safe for a dog as you can get with "chocolate".
