Unless medical science advances to the point of brain transplants or at the very least being able to regrow all of the braincells he has murdered sniffing cologne and huffing duster, it is impossible. Pick 4 videos that are all 2 years apart and listen to the decline in his speech. There is no fixing that.

That new bottle of Vodka is 2/3 gone already. That's just crazy. I also love how he went to make a new drink combo, forgot he had still had shit in his cup, and felt obligated to finish it. Also we get the good ole' "splash of vodka" which is equal to about 8 ozs. or more.
 
The reason hes able to drink soo much now is due to renal damage and his renal system shutting down. His liver and kidneys are overloaded and they just arent processing the booze at the same rate anymore.

As someone mentioned prior he really is edging towards immediate accidental death or at the very least full renal failure. Hes not likely to make it to see Korsakoff Syndrome, or live long enough to erode his esophagus, but accidental CNS depression and a closed airway from that the position that horrid dead dog chair lets him sleep is a possibility. If he does start to experience kidney and liver failure (hes already slightly jaundiced) I doubt that will stop him from drinking.

The sad fact is that the alcoholism long term is a much worse problem that hes only going to see manifest when its too late or we see him just die. The fact that he drinks sugary shit (vodka itself has a ton of sugar innit) is going to accelerate the damage hes doing as alcohol and sugar are basically processed the same way by the body. its all going through the same filter hes clogging.

I don't think he has renal failure or any other armchair doctor diagnosis beyond retardation and a fucked up maw. Drunks can down a bottle of hard stuff everyday for decades and not kick the bucket. Cobes doesn't take care of himself, does retarded things, and is generally in the genetic sewer -- among other reasons he isn't long for this world.

I do think a very interesting project would be to clip some of his speech from over the years to show how fucked he's made himself. Kinda like a PSA on why you don't huff duster, spice, and drink yourself into a stupor everyday

You go back to his old videos like 2014 and earlier and notice how much quicker he used to talk, just being able to string together the bog stream of consciousness without breaks.

The question is whether that's due to his entire body shutting down or his mouth becoming a portal to Nurgles realm will still be a matter of contention though.

His mouth is such a disaster zone that I think it's impossible to know whether he dusted his brain or just can't can't talk with a mouth full of rotten and infected teeth.

I've definitely noticed a developing speech impediment ever since the front upper teeth gave up. In their absence the shape and size of the carp lips are having a bigger influence on how he forms certain sounds.

I hate doubleposting but people really underestimate how badly spice fucked him up. Even in the first apartment there was an obvious decline in his cognition and speaking ability. Just in the last few years there. On top of him refusing to keep taking his ADHD meds.

Cobra crafting wands while drunk on a livestream would be fantastic. It's too advanced for Cobra, but he could have a DSP style handout donation tip goal for the stream where the top paypig or direct buyer receives the wand. Double dip on khantent and earn that booze money, BOY.
