I dont believe he is in Japan, he has also gotten pissed out about FalseEyeD, a male vtuber dramafag in the same way he has gotten pissed at Kirsche and Dokibird (allegations of Isms, constant tweets, allegations that their fanbase is mean and twisted), FalseEyeD also used to fuck with him by saying he was SEA and that pissed him off a bunch, i think the Asylum has archives of that

Iirc, whenever his timezones slipped, it was either SEA or Japan more often than not, so im hedging my bets more and more that he is SEA

One common thread I notice about these people now is how utterly alarmist they are. They really, genuinely believe that the sky is falling and if they don't do something they're all dead. Not to sound like the chud meme, but nothing ever happens. People really need to get off the internet, or at least disconnect from the 24/7 news cycle, because it's turned most of these people into permanently angry and afraid bed wetters.

Unless you are talking about a different article, that's not hearsay.
I checked out this archived version and the article linked directly to multiple posts from Kirsche, so it had actual sources. If Kirsche wanted to sue over defamation, her lawyer would probably have to argue that VICE misrepresented her statements.

Nope, Vic's lawyer didn't file in time. Also they were able to hide behind weasel words. "sources told us Vic is a rapist" is not technically libel.

This is the same slimy tactic that yellow journalists use al the time. "there have been allegations" "Sources say" " it might appear as if" etc.

This retard straight up called her a Nazi, and a racist. An accusation and a label. That is slander, and by publishing it VICE committed libel. Unless they can pull up evidence that shows she actually has ties to the Nazi party, this case would be a slam dunk and they know it. It would be an expensive, drawn out victory for her, and probably not worth the hassle.

I don't know about other tweets or later articles, but the first VICE article didn't "straight up" call her a Nazi. Though, it did state that:
