Kiwi Dominions 6 Community - TW:WH3 but for actual autists

Modifiers: Minor buffs to Rescources, Sites, Gold, Recruit, and Supply
Rules: The usual, no UW unless there's a hybrid or second UW nat and a high enough playerbase

I will be Xibalba. Are we going to do any mods? Ive been playing a lot with sloops balance mod and it really takes the edge off for builds.

You can actually play titans fairly reasonably and lots of units get minor buffs, or increased summoning rates, skull mentors available at construction 3 and other economic buffs to not as great magic items

Sure I'll put in Sloop's. It gives you more ways to play and is just minor balances. Plus then you can see more interesting tactics and blesses than the normal meta hopefully.
 
Since we’re not in season for a game just yet, why dont we take this time to make a map?

In Dominions 6 the map maker can support up to 9 user made layers so we can come up with a cool idea. Making maps takes some time but I was able to make one from scratch pretty much in week without using the ingame tools or mapnuke (dislike mapnuke muchly)

So I am going to set some rules for this map to make it interesting, we are going to do 3 layers and aim for under 300 provinces.

The theme of the maps can be decided as simply being sky/land/caverns or maybe it could be something even more interesting. I would like to move on to more ambitious maps after getting the hang of this (planets or 4 elemental planes).

So tell me what combo you like we will have it settled for this sunday.

1. Land/sky/caverns
2. Land/caverns/hell
3. Land/ethereal/shadelands(think d&d prime material
4. Land/caverns/deepsea (water nations at advantage but land nations have good bless options now to operate more effectively uw)
5. Heaven/earth/hell

I really like this idea, I'm not the most artistic especially with digital media but I'd certainly like to learn it and give it a shot. How much a bitch'd it be if I were to do physical media and do scans? If I do anything I'd he starting small.

1. or 2. sound the most simplistic. Frankly if you want deep sea layers you may as well put that on the cavern layer imo.

In honor of the history of the kiwifarms, I'd would like to work on a CWCville map. I've tried looking for a solid map of CWCville there are several "proposed" maps, but they are kind of arbitrary, kind of like how south park has their town set up. I wonder if it would be possible to contact Chris himself and ask him for a map of CWCville then turn it into a dom map.

I've seen someone that turned CWCville into Ruckersville and might do that instead

I'd not bother, that would probably entail paying the literal mother fucker and his handlers. Either go off the existing maps or CWCify Ruckersville. That or else dimensional merge (photoshop) shit together.
 
We could just make an interpretation of Cwcville and a sega dimension and a nintendo dimension as two separate layers and call the map Dimensional Merge? Fullfills having three layers

Okay so here is a thought of mine on how this will be split up; and also if you want to contribute to making one of the map layers please say so.

1. The Cwcville layer: the cwcville layer has the city of cwcville in the center and will borrow from the geography of Virginia/west virginia the city itself will be depicted with no more than 3 provinces east and west with the center area being the cwcville mall which will always be a throne start (symbolizing the mayors office) the easternly part of the city has the nintendo portal, and the western has the sega portal (symbolizing Sonic and the Genesis’s dominance in America, and Mario and Nintendos in Japan)

The central area will have a unique party with Billy Mays as some unit, Allison Amber and so forth as additional throne guards.

West and East will have chaotic combo named guards/and or sonic/pokemon named characters.

PVCC will be featured as another throne start farther away, will have graduon/mar lee walsh named extra guardians.

The main map will incorporate a lot of lego/MLP and other toys into it iconic restaurants such as golden corral and other places significant to Chris. There will also be an additional portal area called the Blue Heart where all three dimensions merge that will serve as a significant choke point between the three maps.

Aim for 100 provinces per map assume 15 provs per player and room for 3 - 4 water players, water is recursive through the 3 maps as water is traditionally used in portal making along with mirrors.

2. SEGA Sonic world: rip off the various zones and utilize their chipsets along with some other drawings taking inspiration from the games. Significant areas include The “final zones” the death egg, angel island etc for throne locations I guess Chris actually wasnt that big on Sega as much as he was Sonic now that I think about it. Incorporate Neptunia shit ( i never played that game, i get its some weird moe anthromorphized sega system game but know nothing else)

3. Nintendo layer primarily Pokemon themed easy to incorporate the various regions and routes probably just stick up to RSE maybe Sinjoh (the good years and this was the last generation during the classic chris years)

Indigo plateau, Mt Silver ruins of alph, tin tower, whirl pool islands as throne starts. Good area for water nations to start in due to high propensity of water routes, sonic hates water so it makes sense.

Biggest thing is making sure the three maps flow together the main map has the most “portals” and it will show as it “bleeds over” to the two inspirational maps of sonichu.

Outside of water and a few choke points like Blue Heart nintendo/sega layers touch the least water excluded to maintain congruity. Maybe some other sort of autism puzzle piece stairway between the three as well?

That should be sufficiently autistic and fun enough
