Not sure if it's been brought up, but there's a retarded German argument that goes something like "the German Reich was never officially dissolved, therefore the Federal Republic is illegitimate". Unsurprisingly they're usually Neo-Nazis, or in some cases, actual Nazis.


Eichenwald now dabbling in Holocaust denial in order to attack Trump.

He's deleted half the tweets 'because he was misunderstood' but he's still doubling down in his replies to justify it all and it's amazing.

Here's a sampler from a tweet chain mocking him. Someone more patient and diligent could probably find and archive a bunch more of his justifications and ramblings.

I can't get quoting right and it irritates me.

To bring this back on topic, the Nazis... didn't ignore it, in fact they actively killed Jews. If there's one thing you know about Nazis, it's that they really, really didn't like Jews.

“Jew Goldstein”‘s situation with Eichenwald reminds me of our own FBI incident. Kurt’s seizure lie was an obvious one, but all he needed to do was find Goldstein talking about giving him a seizure in a groupchat to bring the suit. Be careful what you say online because lawfare is a dirty game and they’ll use *anything* against you.

(Btw this is a journalist posting his W - it’s him showing he can flex nuts on anyone despite being deeply pathetic and widely ridiculed due to his closeness to institutional power)

The Jew Goldstein story is also a potent reminder that you should say as little as possible to federal law enforcement. He was under no obligation to speak to those federal agents and confess his involvement to them. If you absolutely have to talk to the feds, do it through your lawyer.

He literally admitted to every element of attempting the offense, so even if Eichenwald was completely lying about the seizure, which obviously the slimy little worm was, he could very well be convicted of merely attempting it. If you attempt to cause physical harm to someone, even over the Internet by exploiting a physical condition that makes them vulnerable to that, that is a crime. Over the Internet, it is a federal crime. I'm actually kind of pissed at this guy for giving a repulsive little toad like Eichenwald a win.

And probably more money than he's seen in four years too since he kept on losing all of his jobs. I bet his lawyer blamed that on the guy instead of where it actually lies.

I don't know how American law works, especially in practice, but is it reasonable to assume that John Ravioli could have jiu-jitsu'd his way out of this had he just kept his mouth shut, in spite of the damning evidence?

I have no love for Kurt, but the way Jew Goldstien bragged about it in the DM is America's Dumbest Criminals levels of not smart.

It's one thing to prosecute a guy who admits to every detail, and a completely different thing to investigate and prosecute a someone who is keeping their mouth shut.

If he hadn't said anything he could have at least argued at trial that they didn't prove he had the requisite intent to commit the crime, and didn't believe a tiny gif on Twitter could actually cause a seizure, something I don't believe anyone has ever proved can actually happen. And if Eichenwald could be cross examined on his history of bullshit claims of seizures, like his "a seizure made me write a check to set up a child porn website" claims, I doubt he could convince a jury this bullshit actually happened. So with no actual harm to the lying ass "victim," and no state of mind for the attempt crime, yeah, he could have walked. He could have at least had a chance, and with a seriously weak case, the prosecution would have a strong incentive to offer a decent plea instead of arguing an unprecedented case about seizure-inducing gifs with no good evidence.

In Charles O'Hara's textbook, Fundamentals of Criminal Investigation, he cites the example of the one and only murder suspect of his experience who never said one word to the authorities throughout the entire process. The circumstancial evidence against him was overwhelming, his motive obvious. He was not convicted.

...I realize you slept through your Philosophy and Ethics courses, Kurt, but that isn't how the Categorical Imperative works. Kantian morality is universally-binding in all cases- this is the biggest criticism about Kant that is brought up whenever he's discussed.
