Also while rummaging, not sure if posted before but this is my all time favourite Kurt tweet.

Can't even hug his potential future grandchildren without spazzing out and battering them to death.

Alright, I've read through these emails more thoroughly and I have a few comments:
  • If Kurt actually did consult a psychiatrist, then it's very unprofessional of them to attempt to diagnose a person they haven't even spoken to. Or I guess it's possible that the psychiatrist said something like "This may be what's going on, but I can't say for sure unless I actually speak to him" and Kurt passed his opinion along as fact.
  • Kurt was apparently so disturbed by Ben Shapiro's actions on Twitter that he consulted a conservative rabbi in an attempt to understand his actions. What the fuck, does Kurt have a repertoire of professionals that he consults whenever someone hurts his feelings on Twitter? I love how Kurt's so obviously trying the "appeal to authority" tactic to get Ben to do what he wants. As if Ben gives a shit if some rabbi in Texas wants him to atone for his Twitter sins.
  • "And don't forward this to Kyle. He does not need to know what a psychiatrist is saying about him. You've hurt him enough." Aka "I probably went over a line by having a psychiatrist psychoanalyze a kid he's never met before and make assumptions about the kid's mental state, but I'm going to pretend like you're the bad one if you tell the kid I've been talking shit about him behind his back."
  • In what way would Ben Shapiro be responsible for the actions of his followers, especially if he condemns those actions like he just did? Also, for fuck's sake, Kurt, install a fucking gif blocker or use Twitter's built-in one if you're so concerned about having an epileptic fit. If you've already done those things, then you're not in any danger, are you?
Yesterday: “Ha! My block bot keeps me from seeing all your mean words! Checkmate, trolls!”
Today: “DA MEMES! DA JIFFS! MUH EPILEPSY! fujgstjnddsfiihvdtgvd LITERALLY FOAMING @ MOUTH!”

I've been looking over the email Kurt sent to Ben Shapiro. Here is the most important part:

Kurt reaching out to Shapiro is purely and simply about getting this debate to happen (or getting Shapiro to acknowledge it) and therefore acquire more legitimacy.

I wonder what could happen for Kurt if that didn't happen the way he planned?

His whole epilepsy thing seems shady as fuck, I remember way back in this Internet Historian vid about the hentai thing that he claimed to be unable to speak right for weeks but just days later he's on Good Morning America crying about it. Then he conviniently forgets that he paid off some kiddie diddlers or some secret CIA message cause he has brain problems.

If that case of that dude going to jail for sending him a gif is still ongoing then he should provide medical proof that he actually has epilepsy, and if he does proof that his attack was as severe as he claims. He's looking at 10 years for this, that's pretty serious time.

How much do you want to bet that whoever the parent was was sick of his npd bullshit (or whatever the fuck is wrong with him) and decided to call his bluff - "well if you have such terrible seizures you can't hold my baby daughter" hoping in vain it would be a wake up call rather than another excuse for the Kurt and Tentacle-chan Professional Pity Hour.

I wish that were true, but there is not a single sentence in that tweet that contains the truth. Everything he spews for sympathy are lies.

EDIT: Our boy is trending

Ben has nothing to gain by doing so, but could you imagine that playing out? Regardless of where you stand on Ben Shapiro's political views, the guy is pretty solid in debates. The likely outcome here would be that Ben would swiftly crush Kurt in the actual debate, and that Kurt would say or do something so publicly embarrassing, either during or shortly after the debate, that it would make him even more of a disgrace than he is currently. I hope it somehow comes together.

NO ONE WANTS HIM
:story:
also
After journalist Kurt Eichenwald attacked pro-gun Parkland school-shooting survivor Kyle Kashuv, conservatives thought they’d found the liberal parallel to Laura Ingraham, the Fox News host who lost advertisers after mocking shooting survivor David Hogg for not getting into some colleges. In response to Eichenwald personally insulting Kashuv, the teenager and conservative pundits like Ben Shapiro called upon advertisers to similarly boycott MSNBC and Vanity Fair—the two outlets Eichenwald listed in his Twitter bio as his places of employment. As it turns out, Eichenwald is not affiliated with either news outlet. “Kurt Eichenwald is not a contributing editor at Vanity Fair,” the magazine told The Daily Beast on Tuesday, after he went further and suggested Kashuv might need psychiatric evaluation. Earlier in the week, Eichenwald admitted that his contract with MSNBC had expired.
