If anyone is on the fence, play Minish Cap. It's the most fun I've had since Zelda 1, Link to the Past, Windfish, Windwaker and Breath of the Wild. Plus Link between worlds, that was a remix though so it doesn't count.

I think they made the right choice.I can't believe this is real. Why would they not just use the ganondorf fight music?
So your list goes...If I'm being honest, Twilight Princess is actually tied for my second favorite game in the franchise alongside Wind Waker. For me at least, it has the best support character, really interesting art style, more engaging combat, the Wolf gameplay refreshing, and the story, while not perfect, is also compelling.
Nothing that Malon's milkies can't cure. The Zelda lore is simple really: Guy minding his own shit gets pulled into fighting a huge man-pig-wizard-spearman-pig thing only sometimes he's a not a spearmanpigman and he's a regular giant dude with a spear, by some chick he may or may not know who may or may not be 200 years old. Said spear-wizard-pig-guy (whose real name is Ganon, though sometimes he gets drunk and spells it 'Gannon') is doing it because he's EVIL!!! Except sometimes he's not really EVIL!!! and he just wants a better life for him and his people, but he's turns EVIL!!! because he's got da powa!!! Trianglewhich makes him EVIL!!! because power=EVIL!!!.
Oh, and the chick has the Smart Pyramidand you have the 1d4 of Bravery
and that means you have to fight Backgammon forever and ever and ever. Until you get sick of this shit and you take a cruise to anywhere but Triangle Land.
Then you get attacked by a whale and hallucinate from dehydration and swallowing sea water.
That's one I skipped because I kinda didn't like the whole foursword shit going on at that time. You really vouch for it eh? Maybe I will check it out.If anyone is on the fence, play Minish Cap. Noo I know the difference, but Idk why something about that -era- where everything looked like WW and was trying tie into the fourswords plot just felt really off to me. My fav Zelda is BOTW/Twilight Princess btw. Loved Link's Awakening original and switch remake.Minish Cap is great! Hopefully you aren't mistaking it for Four Swords or Four Swords Adventures, which were okay multiplayer games.
You should definitely check out Minish Cap if you liked Link's Awakening. The Oracle games are also very good.Noo I know the difference, but Idk why something about that -era- where everything looked like WW and was trying tie into the fourswords plot just felt really off to me. I was a fan of Ages at the time. Never played Seasons. I passed on all the handheld zeldas after those games. At around the same time I also kinda dropped handheld gaming entirely, so maybe I just kinda felt like MC was too kiddy. I was playing games like Fable at the time. You should definitely check out Minish Cap if you liked Link's Awakening. The Oracle games are also very good.
I skipped it too! But it was so much fun! It is one of my favorite Zelda games. That's one I skipped because I kinda didn't like the whole foursword shit going on at that time. You really vouch for it eh? Maybe I will check it out.
Definitely go back and check out the handheld games. I think you said you played it, but Link Between Worlds is great. I also really enjoyed Triforce Heroes but your mileage may vary on that one.I was a fan of Ages at the time. Never played Seasons. I passed on all the handheld zeldas after those games. I'm that guy who likes Breath Of The Wild the most, and has Ocarina Of Time third, due to mainly playing the 3D entries (never played A Link Between Worlds unfortunately).I think they made the right choice.
So your list goes...
1. ???
2. Twilight Princess/Wind Waker
3. ???
Where does A Link Between Worlds fall on your list?
The exact same scenarios only divided by the absurdity of Link losing one crucial fight.Timelines are retarded in a series that ends up being the same exact scenario 3/4 of the time.
It's why I can't understand how anyone takes Zelda storylines seriously after the age of like 13.
None of that would matter of Link just discovered CHIM.The exact same scenarios only divided by the the absurdity of Link losing one crucial fight.
Did Ganon just kick Link's shit in after he knock the Master Sword, and Link just took it? It's fucking stupid.
what do you guys think of cool mods like this? i personally find them really awesome
Blame Japan. Apparently the Japanese LOVED Tingler in MM, to such a degree that he was given a huge role in Wind Waker.Tingle was bad enough as a little side character in majora's mask. Why the fuck Nintendo decided, yes, we should take our very obvious 40 year old faggot pedophile who dresses like a fairy side character that's that's arguably one of the most annoying characters in majora's mask and make him a crucial part of windwaker is beyond me.
This game is really difficult.
Zelda 2 is a game that is made playable through Save States.
Though I think there is a mod somewhere that actually rebalances things and makes things make more sense.
