Probably not. Also, witness intimidation usually involves trying to coerce a witness to change testimony or not testify. Len appears to have been just being a complete shithead as usual.

I imagine it would be too much of an issue unless Len directly started harassing, say, the executive that's currently overseeing operations at the railroad there. Again, as much of a tard that Len is, he won't be charged for harassing or stalking anyone unless they feel it's worth going through the effort of putting forth their own case.

The main factor here is that Len is unpredictable, and I mean on a level that even Golden Age Chris would envy. While Chris's online antics could always reach new heights, they always ended when Chris was confronted in real life with adversity, where he would reliably shit his pants and do nothing. With Len, we have reports that he's literally looked for a "Kiwi Farms" irl and has actually assaulted people in his moments of tard rage. This is the kind of autism that Chris would describe as his windows to hell.

Len might bow his head and chicken out, but what really excites me is that Len has an equally valid chance of going full exceptional fucking individual, and that's what's funny to me.

To the Hy Myerson Mystery Hour, it should be noted that none of the incriminating posts were able to be found on Hy's Facebook itself, merely on other people pages. This lends itself well to the theory that Shaner was infact spoofing Myerson's profile, which can, sadly, be done quite easily with the help of various online tools. Lennay has a lot of stories on his exploits, most bullshit, all highly exaggerated. One of his favorites is that he ran a steam locomotive up the Colebrookdale Railroad in 1992 when Blue Mountain and Reading Railroad operated the line. 425 is a fair size locomotive, and it was pulling a fair sized train (there is video footage of this, called the Ironstone Rambles on Youtube), Shaner claims to have been allowed by the engineer on these runs to pull a train that big, loaded with passengers up the line. Funny thing, like all his stories, it can't be confirmed, because Charlie Kachel, the old engineer, is dead. Most people you ask who would know say it's bullshit. Andy Muller, the guy who owns the 425, and the Blue Mountain and Reading, says he'd have shot Len if he'd seen him in the cab of a steamer with fire in the box. Lennay gets really mad when people call him on this story. I have no doubt he was there, I have no doubt he even road the train. But ran it??? Fuck no.

Oh he's mad, like I said, as far as I know, he almost never leaves his house now. I've never seen him here, and I will shoot him if I do. The ones of my pickup sitting on the neighbors grass he took driving by, but the ones of my dog, and mailbox all came from my wife's FB page. She never set it to private til today, neither of us really mess with it much. Her page has shots of us going out to eat, coming back from a Philly Symphony Orchestra show, and her rose gardens.

But onto a couple of nagging questions ive had since i caught a glimpse of it being mentioned in the main topic. If what i saw was accurate, you said that the picture of your truck pre-dates the main thread by a fair bit of time. Thats mildly concerning, to say the least. Has he made any threats against you or your wife, past his sperging on the forums?

And more importantly, how serious was the discussion of people going to Ice House for breakfast or lunch after the hearing? Because if its going to happen, i'll see if i can get a gift card or certificate or something that you can pick up while there.

This interests me. All I know about driving a steam train comes from a half-remembered episode of Top Gear, so if you would be so kind: How hard is it to conduct a steam train/any train? Could Lenny have fucked it up? Is he really trying to use a thing that allegedly happened 25 years ago to prove he's instrumental to the Colebrookdale?

I know you said you avoided him at Colebrookdale, but do you have any stories to share, or was it more of a general "this guy's annoying and awkward" deal?

Right then, I ain't no legal expert, but I'm pretty sure that I properly remember some of @Saul Goodman 's stuff on the law where Shaner lives. Pennsylvania is a state that serves concurrent sentences, not consecutive. That means that those three counts of trespassing would be served as one. Pennsylvania also tends to be fairly lax on these sorts of things, so add that with the fact that most cases plead out rather than carry on, it's quite likely that he'd just get the slap on the wrist and not learn his lesson. Now it'd be interesting though to see if Len would actually bother to do community service if he gets hit with that though, since @Pocket_Sand! 's recollection of Len paints him as a person who can do the work if he cares about it, but is an ultra lazy shameless fuck if he don't (see @Gook Choy 's stories for examples of the latter).

The stuff he's doing on here would need to be verified by those in on the case, and they would likely not fucking bother with it because the effort it'd take to get Len on these types of charges as well as the time and expenses would ultimately be not worth it in their eyes. Contempt of court cases tend to be rare, simply because the bar for someone acting that insane and retarded is really really low. Doubly so since if Len has any legal counsel (even a public defender), they will paint Len as being a sped who doesn't know no better, which further gives him rope. He'd have to do something fucking amazing to get it, and while his chances of being exceptional are much likelier than Chris, it's still more likely he might actually be subdued towards this event.

Finally, the idea of Shaner not having a lawyer is still unknown at this point; he tried claiming an ambulance chaser as one, but it's obvious with one minute of googling that the lawyer wouldn't have taken his case. It becomes confirmed when @Saul Goodman verified it and again when the spoofing/phishing was halted. It is indeed possible he refused a PD since look at what he's doing here when any marginally competent PD would tell him to stop, and if so, that ultimately will determine the trial methinks. If he has a PD, he's notably less likely to tard out in public, since the poor fella would desperately try to work a plea and coerce Len into just taking the light sentence. But if he's representing himself, Len has stated that he'll blame this all on a conspiracy and other poor ideas, and I feel he'd be far more likely to fight it.

Either way, things will become more interesting when the tenth rolls around.

Actually, as in most states, Pennsylvania judges have broad discretion in sentencing, subject (to some degree) to state guidelines, and can impose sentences concurrently or consecutively.

Len's would probably be concurrent, though, in the semi-unlikely event he actually gets jailed.

I've been wanting to get into Len for a while now

Just kidding. Like I said I'm actually ok with a second thread now. The first one is extremely intimidating to people trying to get in on the action since it moves by the 10's of pages per day (sometimes by the hour). I've tried to keep a reasonable amount of information on the front page to get people started but I don't have references to actual parts of the thread itself. By the time I thought it might be a good idea the thing was almost 500 pages long and I just don't have time to go back and catalog all of it.

I'm actually pretty amazed at how much a giant piece of shit Leonard Shaner actually is (no A-Log intended). He's a free flowing organic autist who never admits to anything even when everyone knows for a fact he's wrong and/or is a sock and instead will just double down on his BS. I've never seen anything like it in all my years here. The thing that's really labeling him as a huge shit lord is how he just doxxes innocent people constantly. Don't get me wrong, I know why he's doing it. He's trying to get an angry reaction and then yell "Ahah! I knew it was you!". However, it's just such a shitty thing to do.

On that note, the mods who are cleaning up his crap (@Hellblazer and @He Sets Me On Fire I believe) really deserve a ton of credit. I don't know how much you guys have to do this in other threads but it can't be nearly as much as in the Shaner one. You guys are awesome and the guys Shaner exposes are really lucky to have you guys doing this. I'd buy you a beer any time.
