I'm a bit skeptical of Facebook pages now, but there's a good chance that could be Shaner considering he has in the past few months started to use and interpret the word "Lolcow" in his own special way.

I do find it extra enjoyable that Shaner seems to have taken a liking to his fellow lolcow Tesch.
