That's a good question. Like you, I have no idea how Patreon works. One would think that they'd have something in place to prevent the "Pledge-->Get Reward--> Cancel before payment", but then again, who knows. Anybody familiar with this?

Here's pretty much all I know about Patreon.
1) You're charged at the end of the month.

Here's pretty much everything I think I know about Patreon.
1) Rewards are dictated by the person you're pledging to and not Patreon, because you can pledge and get something or you can pledge and get nothing, it's all up to the person you're pledging to. And I doubt Patreon would leave themselves legally liable for some flaky liberal arts major not drawing your MLP porn on time.

Therefore, my guess would be, if you pledged, and they gave you access before the check cleared, then that's on them. The smart thing to do would be to wait until the check clears but who knows what they do. If someone pledged in early March and had to wait until April to use the forums, that also might rub people the wrong way so there's no good answer here for them that I can see.

Edit: Or we could skip all of this and someone could take the massive plunge of $2.50 to find out if it's even worth $2.50 or the effort of even bothering to fuck them over on it. Personally I'm gonna bet it's just a bunch of angsty emo bullshit but if there is a KF thread it might be worth it, idk.

Having followed a couple cows with Patreons before, can confirm: pledging will only grant you immediate access to rewards posted on the Patreon page itself. The "get in, download everything, get out" method works with artists and the like, but since the LP Zone is hosted elsewhere, you'd have to get a forum admin to manually verify you.

Also, VoidBurger has this thing where she accuses people who say mean things to her online of being either part of an organized group of harassers or that the people arguing with her are in fact just one person with many accounts who does nothing but stalk her 24/7.
Her behaviour is similar to how some mentally ill people think that they're being "gang-stalked".
She did this with the Muslim lady that posted a picture of her passport to prove she was who she said she was; VoidBurger said something about her being one of the people that said something bad about her years ago.
And all of this is besides the fact that she insults other "internet personalities" constantly (like she tried to do with Lowtax) then whines when said person or their fanbase bites back.
I can't find the tweet, but I seem to remember back when it was revealed that the Occulus Rift guy funded some pro-Trump stuff and every leftist on Earth started attacking him VoidBurger voiced her support for people harassing (and I mean genuine harassment, like death and rape threats) his cosplayer girlfriend.
And then there's her slandering of the Youtube autists like Thunderf00t and Pewdiepie as evil Nazis followed by her screaming harassment if people contradict her.

And, as others have noted, she treats her fans like shit.

VoidBurger is kind of legit fucked-up, mentally (as well as having an awful personality).

I think she was always pretty fucked up, she just didn't have an audience. The best you can really say about past VB is she wasn't quite as much of an SJW and said faggot some more. She probably only picked that up from all the other SA LPer's doing it though. Honestly, I think VB is just a leech that desperately wants to be popular and famous. She leeched onto the SA crew, now she's leeching onto the SJW crew.
