I'll post Chapter 0 of Blood Drive today, Chapter 1 will be up as I have catches up with thread (i stopped doing that around Demise in Book of Shadows) which i will do as fast as possible so my memory of what came before Blood drive is fresher than it is rn so i can properly react to my first time through BD


Edit: After i found a certain information turns out i was SO MUCH wrong on thinking that i could no longer be affected by the already gone through games, turns out that Morishige retroactively is the worst character in the series and i have some serious doubts he can be surpassed

I did not expect starting this thread that the series would be reminding of BLACK TOKYO of all things

I'd like to see why do you think Morishige is the worst character since i actually thought his side chapter where it shows him surviving his suicide attempt near the end of the first game, showing remorse for jerking off to Mayu's remain and Yuuya using that to kill him was one of the least bad scenes in Blood Drive IMO that, and Blood Drive has so many new shitty characters, + Ayumi getting character assassinated even further from the end of Book of Shadows, picking a worst character in this game is legitimately hard as fuck.

I did not include Blood Drive because I am going blind into it so I am not including anything from it. In Book of Shadows last chapter yes Ayumi really fucked up horribly but at least we know it's out of grief messing her mind (not that good of a reason) but in the first two games Morishige jerking over Mayu remains, while looking at the pictures of the corpses of people he was with earlier in his Book of Shadows , in one bad endings he is the only characters in those games to join Sachiko into torturing and killing some and that other bad end where he finds Ayumi corpse and decide whether to bring as a memento to her family her her uniform, candles, hair or tongue
Of those not in anyway responsible for a death so far he's the worst
 
Finished going back through Book of Shadows, 2U is next for me to watch wtf happens in that. I don't know much of Blood Drive (no spoilers please) but all i do know is i'm going to hate it, most likely a lot

Also should i cover the fangame Corpse Party Zero and the official Corpse Party 2? The first one was made canon since characters from it appeared as corpse with tags in the psp game and 2 might be a standalone story but it's set in the same universe 5 years after Blood Drive.

Also I learned a while ago that there's a new Corpse Party coming out eventually, you can imagine how I took that news
 
Corpse Party Zero i know nothing about but if there's anything interesting/funny about it it could be worth looking into. Corpse party 2 could be worthwhile but also underwhelming since it had an episodic release schedule and they have only release 1 chapter so far a decade ago since the devs left it kind of forgotten in favor of blood drive and ports of the original game.
 
1 video in Blood Drive (i skipped SSHBB) and i hate it already. (No spoiling the plot, I'll endure it alongside the thread)
Edit: I think Hinoe was the smarter sister, Ayumiis actually meanwhile getting dumber and really naive to believe anything people tell her


Edit 2: I REALLY don't feel like this deserve that i hurt my head and nerves finding where each chapter end in a playlist like I did for all the games so far so the chapters will be uploaded in one bigger chunk so we can finish this faster

I still think there were ideas that could have been done better in the hands of people who didn't add their fetishes or stopped caring but overall the trilogy ended being a car wreck pileup that caught on fire and exploded under the weight of all the bullshit

As for Corpse Party Zero i have serious difficulty finding videos on it with no commentary

The worst part about blood drive was how every new character seemed to try to out do each other in how unlikable they are (the only i kinda liked was Naho's rival since she has the closest thing to a character arc out of the entire cast): The blonde witch girl that is half naked most of the time is completely unlikable but i feel like the devs wanted people to like her on waifufagging alone, Yuka's friend is even more pedobait than her, and a waste of potential since she is supposed to be named after the protagonist of the cancelled sequel to the original 90's rpg maker game but they do nothing with that besides a cheap reference, that one simp for Naho's friend is just annoying and useless, the main bad guy is a boring edgelord with a shitty "uwu feel bad for me the genocidal maniac because people hurt me first" backstory, and the grey haired professor chick who's also a millionaire is a huge mary sue who only serves to do everything perfectly for the plot's convenience and to be part of Satoshi's harem, speaking of which, even the returning characters are terrible in this game! Satoshi only exists for waifu fags to self insert, Naomi repeats her arc about not blaming herself for Seiko's death because i guess the devs forgot about the first game's ending, Ayumi is a giant retard who takes the worst decisions every single time, Yuka is still pedobait and Yoshiki, while definitely the least affected of the bunch, is still made retarded due to his crush for Ayumi coming of as desperate due to how retarded she is in this game.
Also, on that ending:
Is it me or did they rip off the ending from paranorman? Like, it's the same story beat about the protag facing off against a vengeful witch who was tortured in the past, only Blood Drive is edgy by having Ayumi getting tortured porn'd and getting mindbroken by the book

I just finished reading about what happens in Blood Drive... '96 and it's rebuilt version are the only canon version but I still prefer Yoshiki in the fucked up trilogy even if he was was such a simp he got himself erased from existence along Ayumi over '96 Yoshiki (I am keeping it under control but what I read has ended up making pissed off at wasting all this time and energy on psp Corpse Party(Corpse Party Blood Covered in Japan), Book of Shadows and Blood Drive and nauseated a all the damn fetishes shit in those.
'96 had fan games that would have deserved more to be actual official games over what we got

It gets worse: The reason that edgy fucktard that convince Ayumi to go back to the evil school dimesion ended up wanted to commit genocide? HE 'S A SIMP WHO DECIDED TO DO THAT BECAUSE HINOE DIED, no joke. Also i wtfed when i read the book method to be remade was to use Ayumi womb (reminder she is still underage btw). Yoshiki deserved better although Corpse Party 2 retcon part of Blood Drive ending because Ayumi is in a coma in the Hospital.
As for Queen back story I'll be honest i don't care, the writers almost certainly never really cared making the games besides jerking off like the absolute creeps they are and making money, what has me unnerved is their was a video for the I think 10th anniversary (I think of Blood Covered?) by the people behind the trilogy and 2 that had a text at the end that indicate they might ACTUALLY be making yet another Corpse Party game this decade and might actually be an actual sequel to Blood Drive

Oh and the last EX chapter has the audacity of doing a gut punch: The evil organization introduced in Blood Drive? Well because the count wearing frilly dress does not die along edgy simp will be rebuild by said cunt. The game game still had to twist the knife one last time
Oh and I'm surprised there aren't more people laughing at this trashfire trio of games
