What insider knowledge would a review company have? nVIDIA sends you a card, your company reviews it. The only potential editorial conflict is an employee who owns say nVIDIA stock and reviews one of their cards or an AMD card. I could see you making sure it is disclosed and that is as far as that would go.

What happens if you own ETFs that have a group of stocks which just so happen to be on the "LTT banned" list?

If I read it correctly, it has to be a "diversified investment the individual cannot control" if it contains something banned. Which leaves a lot open to interpretation.

Not a lot this week to talk about, the biggest thing which is LOL with this employee leak is that the laptop company Linus invested in will be a big sponsor of the LTX this year, and he acts like he's so clever in getting them to sponsor LTX, politicians are less obvious about embezzlement.

I understand that this seems to be a legal document whose purpose is to cover his ass as an employer (which in leafland is probably a job requiring an entire board of diversity hires), but he could at least put some effort into it beyond parroting the law, which tells you to expect to get your ravaged ass fired if your shock from getting raped happens to last more than 10 days.
