This is thunk provoking to me, because Taran leaving got a lot of attention and Linus spent a lot of effort to tell everyone how they're ok, how they're still friends. He got a video dedicated to him leaving and Linus pushed for his tech upgrade (to show how nice he is). They also did a video about employees who quit (but only included a few guys) to please the fans.

Edit: To be clear, I find it interesting because he felt the need to say something even though he could ignore it with his new life. And he probably quit because of the workload Linus demands for an unimpressive pay, because he was about to get married and start a family.

I really don't think she made those things up. I think people are changing her words into something more.
She said "grabbed", not fondled or hugged or anything. She maybe really dislikes people even "grabbing" her shoulder to get attention. It's a bit weird, and not something to cancel someone, but it's still something you can complain about at work (especially in an office environment where there is really no need to be touched).
