Losing I'm guessing $50k/month on Floatplane so far means the monthly salaries of 15 employees. I bet 70% of staff are in the 40-45k annual range. I can guarantee one of the top people there screamed or broke a free sponsor PC in tard anger, someone should be backing up all the office security cam footage just in case.

I saw some sperging about MS Outlook earlier in the thread which inspired me, I remember not too long ago linus was asked what email solutions the company uses and he instantly went for Gmail, fair enough I thought it's a perfectly serviceable business suite. He then goes on to lambast the chat who all say they use Outlook at work and says and I quote "Who even uses Outlook it's not 2010" then laughs.

To me this small incident just outlines how out of touch he is with anything even smelling of enterprise or business best practice from personal experience I haven't worked at an organisation that doesn't use it / the full office suite. This isn't a particular gripe or anything just found it interesting.

I don't think there is one. She talks about being grabbed - that would more likely be "assault" than "sexual assault".

I think there are several people who are extremely inappropriate, and one of them is Linus for sure. Evidence: bestiality question at interview, and even worse the whole OF debacle

The only semi-successful seller I know of was CJayC of GameFaqs. But even though he got married and had a kid; the woman didn't take his name, and they live with his mother. So even if you sell, internet autists can still fuck up.

It's not even a blue bear. A bear is a 1 colourless 1 coloured mana creature with no abilities. If it's two colours it better have an ability like tap target creature, each player draws an additional card during their draw step (Kami for instance), other elves get +1/+1 and if you cast an elf pay G and draw a card (leaf crown). Things like that. This would barely be considered worth drafting.
Hell as far as bears go anyways. Wilson is a superior card.

I feel that was done for him and he doesn't actually know the game

You need to archive stuff like this. As the drama continues (especially with some BPD psycho alleging sexual harassment) confirmation from an LMG staff member saved on their own infrastructure that yes they really did ask a prospective employee if they were into beastiality seems very likely to be removed. As retarded as it is to gender Chess competitions, the conclusion that it's being done due to perceived intellectual inferiority in women is baffling. It's more obvious that they're emulating the gendered nature of general sports conventions. These people see themselves as victims by default, until proven otherwise. What a sad existence.

If you read up on those news, it's so that male chess players don't claim to be troons to pick up prize money at female chess tournaments. Trannies are allowed to compete, but if they've been trans for 2 years so that it's a full commitment. Chess competitions aren't segregated by gender btw, there are general tournaments and female tournaments- women organize tournaments for themselves because there's a tiny amount of female chess players compared to male ones. For more on the topic you can check a documentary on the grandmaster Judit Polgar who beat Kasparov.

No women break the top 100. Without a segregated division there'd be no women in chess at all. The root causes of that can be debated I suppose but the numbers don't lie. There isn't a male division by the way, there's the regular division where women can choose to compete against men and a women's-only division.

There's a reason chess competitions are gendered, men are genuinely better at it. I'm not bad but going from a female tournament to a mixed tournament, there's a huge difference. I get absolutely destroyed. It’s not like in other sports where men are obviously bigger and stronger, but their brains just seem better adapted to holding strategies in memory and projecting future moves.
