Linus obviously trying to flirt too much, the combination of Linus being an idiot and it being a woman who doesn't know what she wants when it comes to home upgrades which is normal, it's a mess and he scuffs a few walls. For being a bunny person there was no Pippa Pipkin or Usada Pekora. And it has the least tech upgrade of all the episodes, just an ROG Ally and a soundbar. She spent $1,000 on a custom illuminated bunny sign with a live wire issue (a helper got shocked), a DIY greenhouse (using a wood hole bit into metal) and a Peloton bike.

Interesting they hired a young, cute HR lady. That has to be a weird situation where the HR person in charge of telling people not to hit on women is the woman getting hit on.
