I don't think publishing this info would benefit any future opponents (they already know how much money the fund has raised, and any lawyer will be able to estimate how much you've spent with reasonably high accuracy anyways). Giving people a sense of how much money is left would make it easier to raise more if it comes to that.

This is the first fundraiser I've ever donated to. It's not much, but I'm tired of all this shit and would like to actually see some of those fuckers get their comeuppance.

When I was a kid, I would spend a significant portion of my life scrolling through local forums and laughing at people on the Polish version of Myspace. Back then, when someone complained about it being offensive, you'd just laugh at them too. Nowadays, people can go to jail for making jokes or even pointing out facts just because the people on the receiving side are the biggest retards that are easy for higher powers to manipulate and make money off of and thus need to be protected. Well, those people can kiss my arse. I WILL keep making fun of all exceptional individuals I can find and YOU WILL LIKE IT.

Josh, I just want to say that if you win this, it will be ground breaking for free speech.

I don't agree with a lot of opinions on this site and I mainly stay in the Beauty Parlor with an occasional outside post. I'm not conservative', but also not a left winger so sometimes some things said here make me cringe and I might feel personally offended for a second. But so fucking what? People get offended, it doesn't mean its time to stop saying it. lol That said, I want you to win this for freedom's sake. (Go ahead and make fun. lol)

Even though America sucks right now, I still believe we should be able to say what we want (for the most part). I may not like a lot of the stuff said here, but at least when someone says bullshit lies, others point it out to call them on it and correct it, even if it doesn't meet some fantasy agenda.

I might not like everything that I feel personally offended by (Sometimes its hard to be a female on this site. lol) but I defend the right for you to say it. Of course there are rules here; kids, porn, etc are off limits and for good reason.

Both liberal and conservative groups just spew lies and push their agendas. I'm just here to laugh. It would really suck to lose it. I know a lot of people here would be truly sad if that happened

I would say no, for the reason you just mentioned. You are in the information warfare space, and any information revealed can be weaponized against you. In fact you already see this yourself, in the Greer lawsuit that cites every new post as evidence, or Twitter threads that spin every Telegram or MATI announcement into propaganda.

It also happened in the Vic Mignogna case, where the existence and amount of the IOLTA was cited multiple times, with new amounts cited in arguments as the case progressed. (Doesn't mean talking about war chests is relevant to arguments and citations, but you never know when a dumb judge will let bad arguments slide. You already got 1 bad appellate ruling out of the Greer case.)

When you're going to use a large number as a deterrent, it is foolish to provide a real time graph of that number running downward.

If you need to provide transparency to us in the future, you can announce the remaining total and explain the outlays. But there's literally no benefit to you or us in watching it wind down every day. It's an unnecessary risk, revealing your hand early.

I think this lawlsuit is a big waste of time and Null will end up spanked in court.

Epik isn't obligated to host things it does not like and suing them because they mocked you on Twitter would earn you a thread if you were anyone else. Calling ISPs and begging them to deplatform transphobes is not a crime. Digital Faggot Foundation has experience in the Supreme Court so I think they can squash 1 lawyer representing Stormfront for 40 Year-Old Spinsters.

If I was Null I would take whatever money this bake sale earns, close the site tomorrow and go spend the rest of my life in South America with a new identity. Get at least one W out of this thing that's ruined your life for so long. The user base can cope and seethe as they drag their feet back to /pol/ to get buried by robots.
