The one that Epik avoided by retracting their defamatory statements and agreeing to other conditions. Prosecutors get to count plea deals as a W so we get to count this. The lawyer was paid as satisfaction was delivered.

Still not a lawsuit. I'm waiting for the real thing. Null could still sue. A retraction doesn't prevent a lawsuit. Ping me when something actually happens niggers.

I'm sure Josh wants to avoid this at all cost since he's no grifter but another interesting aspect of this whole thing is that the impressive 200k+ crowdfund figure is potentially just the beginning, since many users have adamantly vowed to donate again if he ever needs to double dip. I wonder if the liars will take this into consideration if they decide to fight him head on.

We'll see if Caraballo is going to drive it forward, but at the same time lawsuits are expensive and he's hardly at a plush position at Harvard being a teacher's assistant. He's also using that Harvard connection for maximum clout despite having his law degree from another law school; how long will Harvard think that the positives outweigh the negatives of having a diversity hire run amok?

Caraballo will have to consider his options carefully; Dong-Gone has been whining about how much it went into suing that Aussie Asian and that was with a default judgement because of stupidity on Aussie Asian's part.

he doesnt need to, he got what he wanted. A certified retraction that can be used to keep journos and service providers from lying about the farms.
