I mean, he literally says that because objects in the universe aren't on top of each other, because there's physical distance between them, then that means that his intergenerational pattern is the only way, it's reinforced by the pattern of the cosmos, because the objects came into being at different times in different spaces, therefore little girls should fuck Lucas?

Just like with many things he says, he never even bothers to consider the Corollary.

So the only way the universe could be okay with people sleeping with their OWN age group, as a reverse postulate of what he's suggesting here, would be for every physical entity in the universe, every planet, every Moon, every asteroid, every Star, to occupy the same physical space, in other words, to all be on top of each other. So that's the only evidence Lucas would take to not be a pedophile.... If the universe were one black hole of super-concentrated matter layered on top of each other.

If that's true, that's honestly the best option for him.

Jail would only further damage his already damaged mental health.

I don't think he'll stick with any treatment plans or meds he's given while in inpatient, as his past behavior has shown as soon as he's unsupervised he stops taking his meds and quits therapy.

As much as jail will further damage his mental health, in his mind a trip to the psych ward isn't punishment, at this point its almost a vacation - he gets food, a bed, the ability to creep on vulnerable women and rant and rave without risk of being told to shut the fuck up or getting called a creep. When it comes down to it lucas is a moron and his mental health, isn't particularly good, it isn't on the level of him not being able to understand the idea of consequences for his actions, nor is he unable to tell right from wrong. Those are the criteria that normally have to be met for people like lucas to try to pull the insanity bullshit if they end up doing something that puts them on trial and facing a jail sentence. His own record shows he has been to jail before and if he can be held responsible for his actions to throw his ass in jail he can do prison time as well

It depends on the circumstance. Whatever he has posted would have to directly deal with what he has been charged with. Uncharged bad acts are tough to bring up in a criminal case. A public defender would get that struck down.

I think the best thing to do is for HOC to permanently ban him. They have given him way too many chances and he keeps acting out. If he tries to come back, arrest him for trespassing.

And as far as threatening to have him charged, either do it or don't. And again, just ban the cow from the shelter. No more Lucas. He will have to fuck off somewhere else. Even if that somewhere else is a mental hospital.

How did your source come by knowing the Freak was threatened with charges or go inpatient. Was your source present/hear someone from HOC tell Lucas that? Did Lucas tell your source?

Mental hospital is really the optimal place for Lucas. He avoids the cold and the dangers of the outside world that have stolen from him repeatedly. He gets to watch TV and be comfortable which he can only afford rarely in motels. He has nurses, mostly attractive women, taking care of him hand and foot which fulfills his Mommy needs. It may be the only setting today where Lucas can easily talk to a cute young 18-24 woman and she'll be receptive because she's bored and has no other options. His insane rants are heard, but par for the course for the nurses and patients there, much better for his mental health than posting his rants on Instagram and continuously being a laughing stock for people to troll and further fuel his paranoia.

The psych ward is paradise for Lucas. He can't come close to living like this.

It's why I believe Lucas only tries doing his magic sperm spergery to girls in controlled settings like HoC and avoids girls in any other settings, because if he gets in trouble it ends up being a slap in the wrist at worst, or a reward like now.

As long as Lucas refrains from physically harming people, he won't face any serious repercussions. Whether Lucas is smart enough to realize this, or his natural high inhibitions hold him back, he knows well enough to avoid real trouble. This will be the cycle for the rest of his life.

I think Lucas is aware enough to know to avoid going too far, when he's not fully unhinged and in his public screaming stage, and thus the authorities assume he's another dumb loon who'll never act on anything and just let him get away with things until he attacks someone. He does consciously plan going to places specifically to harass young women though, like House of Charity and SCC, but he's so far gone most underestimate how predatory Lucas is until he actually assaults someone, which hopefully he'll never have the balls to do

He's only gotten as far as he has by abusing the extremely lenient laws in Washington State. They try as hard as possible not to send anyone to prison for anything except thought crimes, so as long as he's just a sex-pervert and a nutcase the cops are forced to treat him nicely. The simplest way to keep people like lucas from wanting to treat the psych ward as a vacation would be to feed them nothing but nutraloaf. Then only people who absolutely needed to be there would be and anyone else would make every effort to ensure they stayed out or got out as quickly as possible

I will be a little sad if he's still locked up in the psych ward and we will miss him reeeing about the same things we've been hearing for years. In my experiences, as long as there's no touching and no going into others' rooms, they'll let anything go. Even makeshift relationships. I'm sure there's a social worker always keeping an eye on bigger physically capable guy like Lucas. We can only hope that mentally ill women are cognizant enough to realize what a creep Lucas is. They all probably do, but it's scary.
