To be honest, I've never made the time to get acquainted with Chris Chan lore. I've seen a few people also compare Lucas to John Bulla when he behaves similarly and I'm still getting acquainted with his too. I just can't stop laughing about how putting up rudimentary signs in public to try to attract girlfriends is just a natural phenomenon that occurs within this community of exceptional lunatics. The only time I can ever remember seeing hand-made ads in person it's always for garage sales or something of that nature, trying to sell secondhand items. How fitting to associate people like Lucas with garage sales and secondhand items.

I checked on the 2nd sign and the building on the left looks to be the Stone Ridge Profession Building found in that area. E. 29th Ave/S. Southeast Blvd is south of Lincoln Park, not anywhere close to downtown where he usually hangs out.

I thought at first it was near that corner of Riverside where the road splits, but on second look yeah, it looks like he decided to grace the South Hill with his disgusting presence.

Bulla had an odd charm to him, even if unlike Lucas, he actually did commit a heinous crime (he raped his stepdaughter). He was also genuinely insane enough he wasn't really completely responsible for his actions. Still, RIP. I was sad to see him go, but I wouldn't be if Lucas fell in an open manhole, into a fire, and died in it.

I honestly cannot think of any reasons he'd have to be up on the south hill, specifically in that location. There are some doctors buildings/dentists/orthos etc., up there, but for the most part 29th is supermarkets, and strip malls, restaurants and houses. I can't see the state sending him to doctor appointments up there because they have all the free clinics downtown for the homeless folks since transportation is usually an issue. The south hill has always been synonymous with rich people, specifically the upper south hill beginning at 14th and up. Lots of older amazing craftsman homes and if Lucas is just wandering the neighborhoods up there he will NOT be well received.

This video absence has to have an element of deliberation to it, either Lucas's or a condition of social services.

It's persisted for too long, and the discovery of the paper attraction signs shows that he hasn't changed his "routine" (as if he could) but remains absent from his usual social media.

His mouth broke into a smile, but it wasn't a smile that reached his eyes, which were still doing the typical Lucas paranoid darting from side to side....but in this case he was clearly afraid the guy would walk over and pound his stupid ass into the pavement.

Remember: at this point, he'd been recording himself smugly yelling "bitch!" and "classist whore!" into his phone for about 5 minutes. A normal person walking by, who isn't aware of Lucas's insanity, would probably think he was saying one of these insults to them. I think he just still doesn’t have a phone. Who the fuck knows why. I think all this speculating on how a hobo spends his government cheese, or his movements around various neighborhoods of Spokane, is pointless and kind of autistic.
