I checked on the 2nd sign and the building on the left looks to be the Stone Ridge Profession Building found in that area. E. 29th Ave/S. Southeast Blvd is south of Lincoln Park, not anywhere close to downtown where he usually hangs out.

Good job getting that writing clear, it was really hard to read the faggot's handwriting! Apparently they have added a special flare title "The Wern Strikes Again". Apparently he also has three subreddits dedicated to him. The first one seems to be inactive while the The second one was last posted in a month ago and the Third one was last active a year ago. I just hope he keeps this pole posting saga up, hopefully it culminates in a news story or TV report.
