It would seem that, in a fit of toddler rage, Lucas had a tantrum at the Plaza and threatened to "kill himself with scissors", which sounds like something a pouty third-grader would say. I'm lol'ing at the way they describe his rants in the incident report. Since he wasn't directly harassing anyone, I suspect they won't keep him in Funkytown for very long, unless he's deemed "gravely disabled". Mature adult and father material here, everybody!

Shout out to the STA public records office for making public the documents concerning this sexpest, though the system won't really be keeping people safe until he's properly on The Registry.

That incident went exactly as any seasoned Wernologist would have guessed, all that was missing was screaming about flat bills and accusing people of being drug dealers.

A "suicide threat". Did he get booted from the shelter and wanted a couple of weeks of free room and meals at the INBH "spa". Could be why he was at the bus plaza at that hour and not at Truth Ministries. Since this time he brought up "offing" himself with the scissors in his backpack maybe he got send to the "big house"/Eastern State Hospital. The scissors in his backpack he likely has been using to cut the tape for his signs.

It’s hilarious to me he couldn’t crack a job there because he showed up for work loaded. What’s he got to say I used to work here for a day almost twenty years ago before they fired my ass for showing up heavily intoxicated but I’m 41.65 years old now and homeless. Looks to be that except for the incident on 3/26/2021 the incidents have been handled by the STA security only. The one on 3/26/2021 was when the police were looking for the Freak to send him in for a psych evaluation. STA security saw him and contacted the police.

The STA report (7/12/2021) by J. Green did not include everything that happened that night with Lucas. From the report it just makes it look like Lucas was sitting by some railing and yelling and getting talked to by a couple of STA security and J. Green joined in and the info on the "suicide threat/scissors".. What @Huge Fungus saw when he came upon the scene that night was the Freak yelling, belly down on the pavement and restrained by STA security. That goes beyond sitting by railing gettin talked to. What led to the Freak ending up on his belly held down by security?

Check out 2971 South Smith Street. It’s near the public library and close to a big open lot. Down the road is a trail/park/woods. I’m guessing that could be it.

Lucas was surrounded by security officers, and was on his belly for a time, but they weren't physically holding him down. I thought I saw him in handcuffs because he was consistently immobilized and kept his hands behind his back, and I didn't get a very close look. But apparently the only thing cuffing him was his subservience towards authority figures; even when screaming and raving, he followed orders so proactively that one could mistakenly assume that his hands had been restrained.



They definitely had him strapped down after putting him in the stretcher, however.
