I thought I saw him in handcuffs because he was consistently immobilized and kept his hands behind his back, and I didn't get a very close look. But apparently the only thing cuffing him was his subservience towards authority figures; even when screaming and raving, he followed orders so proactively that one could mistakenly assume that his hands had been restrained.



They definitely had him strapped down after putting him in the stretcher, however.

He should at least get baths in the puzzle house.

It would be the height of stupidity to try that pose while lying flat on your face, but I wouldn't put it past Lucas.

Initially as a joke to see how the new ideology stuff works I created a wernology religion. As soon as I saw that description it generated (I literally only altered it by adding flatbill, spokane, telomeres and zoomers in it, the rest was generated based on the name of the deity and chosen aspects of the religion) I knew it was a sign the wernologist ideology had to be spread throughout rimworld. the stuff about eating his dad and becoming the lord of telomeres and then finding some social media bigshot and going to him as a beggar was eerily wern like

It might be different in other states, but the 90 consecutive day rule for incarceration suspending SSDI is a thing as far as I’m aware. Incarceration not to be confused with psychiatric hospitalization because the latter is legally medical care, so he could be in the psych ward for months and still not lose it.
And if he is incarcerated for 90 straight days, he’ll have to reapply but it won’t take near as long because he already has an established (but closed) case.

If he’s in a psych ward I have a feeling they put him in one of the more “active” wards since he’s a risk of violence and to other patients rather than putting him in with the BPD girls who want to die in the normal ward.

Not to say sexual assault (or having a creepy fucking schizo walk repeatedly past your room staring at you) doesn’t happen, but generally the hospital will make a risk assessment before placing him and if there are issues in that ward they’ll move him in with the other violent schizos.

Imagine Lucas actually appearing to be half normal around violent schizos that see spiders everywhere or claim to be demon hunters. Maybe it makes him feel better about his own state, elevated over the other nutsos in a way. I find the thought of Lucas trying to hit it off with some borderline personality woman in the psych ward pretty funny. The fact he tried sending some woman he met in the psych ward candy the last time is comically creepy. But this time I hope he is in for a rough ride in the clink.
