Christian girls are allegedly the biggest sluts out there according to Lucas. Why? Because ALL of them are Christian, just like they're all socialist zoomers and all for Bernie sanders. It just makes sense (if you're retarded.)
If you make sweeping generalizations about people then you're bound to be right once in a while. Unless you're Lucas, in which case you can do it and astoundingly still manage to be wrong 100% of the time.

Lucas expects us to belief that his feet can root off from "walking too much" but his head can heal from baseball bat swings in less than 24hrs, apparently.

I always assumed that he thinks all Christians are hypocrites, hence Christian girls, who should be moral, chaste virgins until marriage, are actually immoral sluts because they’re also hypocrites.
Or something to that effect. Frankly trying to get into Lucas’s thought process makes me feel a little queasy.

But considering he also thinks most women are into fisting and being anally dominated, he clearly gets his knowledge of sex from porn. Thus its not that far a logical jump (albeit a currently unproven one) to think that he might also get his ideas about female behavior in general from porn.

Lucas thinks being Catholic means you should share, and thus share zoomer puss puss with Lucas.
I assume much of his religious talk is because when you're in mental hospitals and among the mentally ill as much as he is, there's people shoving religion in your face constantly. They'll give you bibles to read when you have nothing else to do. That's probably why Lucas remembers a few bible verses.
Then he's out of these mental facilities, none of these religious people help him beyond giving him shelter when he needs it, which he took for granted. No 18 year old puss puss. Money power greed. Rinse repeat.

Long thread, but discussion on whether or not Lucas is autistic has been beaten to death as much as his actual mental health diagnosis.
He exhibits a lot of traits of someone on the spectrum (particularly hard fixations, inability to read or understand social cues--including the ones he gives off--, an inability to adapt to change, problems with emotional regulation, and magical thinking) but those traits often run in tandem with ADHD, certain cognitive disabilities, and certain types of mental illness or personality disorders. Lucas says he's not autistic but also has said that he doesn't want to be tested for it because he "doesn't need additional problems" in his life.
He very likely has multiple things going on that make him the way he is.
TL;DR: Nobody knows for sure, and Lucas is an unreliable narrator that has a pretty common history of being either misdiagnosed or re-diagnosed with something different where mental illness is concerned.
His current diagnosis is Bipolar I, but he has been (potentially mis-)diagnosed as both schizophrenic and schizotypal in the distant past, those were redone as bipolar 1 more recently and that line is blurry to a lot of people as both bipolar 1 and some types of schizophrenia involve manic episodes and auditory hallucinations but his most current professional diagnosis is bipolar 1, which he is currently on medication (Abilify and Depakote) for.

I would say that based on his childhood behaviors relayed by Myrna, Lucas is probably on the spectrum. BUT his primary diagnoses are bp1 and NPD.
Back when he was at Eastern State the doctors had him on Invega. Invega is for the treatment of schizophrenia. It caused him to not produce semen so he was changed over to Abilify. Abilify is also used to treat schizophrenia. When he was released from the mental hospital in 2018 he was to stay on the Abilify and he was also taking Lithium. I think due to all the past comments here about Lucas and also his mother saying he is schizo he started saying his diagnosis was just Bipolar I.

Lithium is also used to treat bipolar 1 and 2 as well as various other mood disorders.
Invega is used for schizoaffective disorders as well.
The bottom line is a lot of drugs used to treat one disorder also are used to treat the other.
There's a lot of overlap in general for psych meds and it's stupid common for one that's on label for schizophrenia or bipolar is used off label for the other one.
Hell my ADHD medication is a blood pressure medication used off label along with Adderall and it makes the Adderall work so much better; not really sure why, but it's a common combination because it works (it's also nice for keeping blood pressure spikes from taking amphetamines less high).
And unfortunately, Lucas is an unreliable narrator/pathological liar, and it's unlikely that he'll ever release his own medical records so all we really have to go on is what he's told us.
Unrelated, but it's kind of funny he mentioned the STD test when, if this was 2017 or 2018 he hadn't had a woman want to touch him for about 5-6 years so it'd be literally no surprise that he had no STDs.

Brooooo even four years ago he was crazy enough to post about busting on social media, that's wild.
As to the question of whether Lucas is done as a cow now that he's at Mallon, medicated, and his udders are currently dry: I think it's definitely possible but remains to be seen. I have some hope that after winter he will return to being homeless just so he can spend his check on huge Clinkerdagger meals again. I wonder if Mallon is feeding him a certain diet for his diabetes. I can certainly see him chafing under any attempt to curb his food addiction.
It really depends on 1. how lucid the meds are making him and 2. how bad his feet really are. As to point 1, Depakote is supposed to suppress the manic phase of bipolar, which was always the phase associated with his most wildly fantastic and optimistic delusions. Abilify is an anti-psychotic so I assume it's also weakening his delusions and turning down the "background chatter". If he really is gaining some semblance of perspective he must be extremely depressed about it. His situation is awful, the embarrassment he should feel for everything he's said and done is incalculable, and so any amount of clarity he gets is bound to make him sad. If the mental house of cards has fallen and he's no longer able to bring himself to believe the teen wife fantasy, he truly has nothing.
I know he still puts out stupid memes that show he hasn't completely abandoned his obsession, but I think it's at least possible he's semi-lucid and staring into the abyss. If that's the case I sincerely don't know what the future holds for our boy. He may stay at Mallon for years or decades, playing nonsensical homemade board games with the impoverished elderly, locked in the blackest depression, pushing himself around in a wheelchair with both feet amputated. The videos never returning, the memes drying up, and the Wern going out not with a bang but a whimper.
It would be bad from an entertainment perspective, but possibly the best ending that Lucas can realistically hope for. He really should be kept medicated and away from actual humans. If I had my way, I'd want him to become homeless and unmedicated again, and go out live-streaming the mother of all manic episodes before committing suicide by cop or something. But this isn't a show with writers who are gonna give us a satisfying ending. We are following the real life of a mentally ill vagrant. Realistically, Lucas dwindling into obscurity in some form of nursing home or psych ward has always been a very real possibility, and imo the most likely outcome.
He did admit at one time to being schizo and backed up by his mother.

If we're taking Lucas at his word for his diagnosis at the time of various postings, that would mean that he was diagnosed as schizophrenic, lining up with his mom's post on the matter, was later rediagnosed as schizotypal, and most recently had the schizophrenia because assuming Lucas is lying he forgets what order to lie in 100% of the time, then with his newest doctor who got saddled with him after his last breakdown and landing in Mallon Place, he was rediagnosed as having bipolar 1.
If that's what he was told by his doctors at the time, that's what he would post about. He is trusting and unquestioning enough of authority in his life that he'd be the sort to believe a diagnosis without question, so if a newer/better doctor said, "No you don't have x, you have y," he'd shift what he said he had in his social media posts.
It's also possible that he's lying about all three and was hoping the mental illness card would get some empathetic child bride to find him and that his actual problems are more rooted in personality disorders and autism.
He's not very good at being successfully manipulative but where his mental health is concerned, he's certainly tried.
