The address for Mallon Place is 1724 W. Mallon Ave. In the Owls video with the Creep, towards the end Skeletor asks Lucas if the residents from Mallon talk to the people that live across the street. Lucas said yes that the place across the street was the same unit (adjunct?) as Mallon. Lucas said he moved to a Mallon Place adjunct apartment which could also be on W. Mallon Ave.
ETA:
The blocked out number needs to be compared to Mallon Place (1724) to see if it is the same address or not.

On Google Maps, the 2 blocks from there and you see people on wheelchairs and groups of people smoking and hanging out. Also a few really run down small houses with 2 doors that look uncared for. Good chance he's there.

so Google maps has the placement for Mallon Place as the corner of cannon and Mallon but in street view you see its on oak and Mallon. And see Mallon place.
In the texts on FB, the person says to come out to the street at the corner of oak and Mallon.
So he didn’t move. At all. Unless there was another Mallon place two blocks away that he was at the whole time but that doesn’t show up on Google map street view.

Since Lucas said the place across the street from Mallon was the same unit (adjunct?) as Mallon I figured it's the same owners. Mallon Place is owned by Peter (Pierre) and Candice LaPlante. They also own Bethany Place, Upriver Place and Liberty Place. I checked on Candice LaPlante and this came up.
