Look...if Lucas actually DID Interview somewhere (doubtful but not impossible especially if we include jobs set up entirely for special cases like him) the only way the job was suddenly "unavailable" is that the person in charge realized he was a nightmare and tried to be polite to Lucas and his wrangler by saying the job wasn't going forward with anybody, or had just been filled etc as opposed to being honest that they wanted him off their premises as quickly as possible.

There is no indication they have ever cooperated with the police in regard to lucas and plenty of proof they went out of their way to avoid calling the police when they should have. However, I have to compare him to my second favorite cow, Russell "the face" Greer. Old Rusty has almost as bad of an Internet foot print as the Cute Older Daddy. Rusty has not put out the raving lunatic videos like Lucas, but his lolsuits, celebrity stalking and various bad behavior is well documented. If you Google either cow you quickly learn about all their outlandish behavior.
It is commonly accepted that Rusty does work. What exactly he does, we don't know. But he apparently does have a history of employment in Utah and Las Vegas. So, despite Rusty's bad background and slovenly appearance, apparently he can obtain some sort of employment.
Both Lucas and Rusty are very dumb and autistic. They both are ugly and have questionable hygiene. Both are clearly liabilities to any employer and would be a poor hire. Right now there are a surplus of jobs. To the point, some places are not able to maintain their hours due to staffing shortages. If there ever was a time that Lucas could find a job, now would be it.
