Anyone as fat as Lucas (6'1 400) was will have some urinary incontinence. I assume he's in the near 300 range now, still obese, but his organs aren't being crushed as much. Of course, it's Lucas, it's a good bet he just never bothered to learn or change after his weight loss and can whine about how bigots don't want to be near a man that smells rancid.

honestly i know too many people that get along "just fine" with untreated diabetes, but at his size and circumstance, and his diet, i would put betting money on heart disease or coronary trouble like an infarction or a angina leading heard failure. his cholesterol and sodium levels would grossly increase a heart-related death as time wears on plus you can easily see how stubborn and poorly informed he is. he would totally refuse to stop easy greasy pizza daily if he had the steady money for it. and walking alone isn't going to cut that.
also what? that surprised me actually. he looks much shorter than 6'1" in photos, like he's 5'10 or so because of how rotund he is. maybe just camera angles since he's always mugging the camera rather than taking some pride in his appearance and framing things well and so forth.
I don't see him ever becoming an hero, he's too self-involved. One day, he's gonna write one of his creepy-ass posts about a random girl and a vengeful bf/father is gonna see it, research him and then straight up murder the silly twat.
Hopefully the 15 year deadline changes like his age preference. He should make it 5 or 10 instead of 15.
