Yeah, I would think he would start moooing about that. I wonder if he is exaggerating the whole situation with his feet? I know they are messed up from diabetes and all, but I wonder how much he is embellishing it?

It’s my belief that he’s in even worse shape than he’s indicated. Nursing homes are not a substitute for low-income housing, nor are they meant for housing the clinically insane (though many have specialized facilities for people with dementia). In my opinion, he’s in Mallon Place because he’s in seriously poor health.

That very well could be. When you think of nursing homes, generally you think of old people. However, that isn't always the case. There is a facility in my city that seems similar to Mallon Place. It is an assisted living facility, but if you go past there, you see lots of shady looking people outside smoking, most appear in their 30s or 40s. If you look this place up online, there is not much info on it. Kind of like Mallon Place.
I think some nursing homes will accept anyone with SSI, SSDI, or even a VA pension or disability. People who cannot maintain housing elsewhere or the exceptional. Like Lucas. I question how much medical care Lucas is getting there, besides having his medicine handed to him.
It would be interesting for Spokane Kiwis to go by Mallon Place and see who is hanging around outside there. If it is mostly senior citizens living there, then almost no one will be hanging around outside. If it is a reject home, you will see shady characters and ragmen.

I drove by there maybe six weeks ago. I saw a younger guy, like maybe late 20's walk in the front door and he looked like a resident, not an employee. Around the back alley there were maybe five or six people standing around smoking as well as a couple of people sitting at the picnic tables that are set up in the garage. The best way I can describe them is white trashy looking. Unkempt, dirty and non-showered. Basically the kind of people you'd see in a dive bar on a Monday at 10:30am drinking Budweiser and smoking cigarettes.

I don't agree that Lucas would necessarily blabber on if he had a new roommate. He barely mentioned his previous one, and of course part of that might have been that the roommate wasn't there a lot of the time, but the things that Lucas is guarded about, he's extremely defensive about. There's no middle ground with Lucas: he'll tell you at obnoxious length about his shits and his desire for barely legal poon, but when he doesn't want to tell you about something, he won't breathe a word of it.
It's clear to me that something has taken his interest away from making videos, and even the meme production seems to have slowed down. He doesn't seem to be eating extravagant meals, because we'd be getting photographs of those, and he hasn't jabbered on his stupid shit about board games recently, so it's unlikely to be that.
Something is taking his focus, and it seems that we don't yet know what that something is. I think if it's been revealed to Lucas that his health is in worse shape than he's admitted publicly, that would be just the sort of thing that he would be extremely tight-lipped about, and might cause a cessation in his productivity.
Or he could just be his usual lazy, passive self. It's possible that this recent lack of activity is his medication, which by now has built up to acceptable levels in his system, doing its job of turning him into a sedate bovine citizen, which was always the goal.

This masterpiece was cooked in the homeless shelter not where he's currently staying.
Note the job requirements for the Mallon Place Med Tech. "Willingness to attend training in mental health, dementia, and developmentally disabled populations within 120 days of hire". Requiring that type of training means the Med Tech will have to deal at some pt with residents having those conditions. I don't think Mallon Place is able to care for someone with advanced dementia,
I'd say to be admitted to Mallon Place the person does not have to be a elderly but does have some type of disability and caters to people receiving a check --SSI, SSDI, military disability etc. Frontier Behavioral Health was able to place Lucas there because of his "mental health" disability. well he is insane.
ETA:
Personally, If I had a family member that needed assisted living, I would not place them in a facility like Mallon Place.

Thats one of the stupidest things he's ever said, and doesn't even take into account there are more sodas out there than just coke and pepsi. Can he not tell the difference between coke and dr pepper or sprite then?
