Something to remember, though: after saying that it didn’t matter he made these posts that show his love quest is still alive and well. I’m guessing he was just depressed that day, or maybe reality was scratching at his mind a bit.

I've been doing some digging to see if I could find more info on the Creeps current Mallon Place "adjunct" apartment. Found this document which which is a contract for 2020 between the owners of Mallon Place (LaPlante rentals) and Spokane County Regional Behavioral Health services. We know Mallon Place is licensed as an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) by the state of Washington but it looks to be ALFs are also known as "boarding houses". Here it is called "Step Down" housing . Step Down housing looks to be for a 6 mo period and the person is monitored and evaluated on how well they function. Depending on the outcome the evaluation the person can be "reauthorized" for another 6 mo of Step Down housing, transitioned back to a higher level of care (Mallon Place or another facility), or deemed functional enough to move to independent housing.
In reference to the kitchen in the Creeps apt looking clean. @moseph.jartelli brought up that it was probably cleaning staff. Note section 3.5.2 --"Providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for each individual.....". It could well be the Creeper is not wallowing in his own filth and trash because cleaning staff does come in to clean up.
Wanting to get out from under the "Mallon Place umbrella with all the rules" may be why the Creeper is holding back from being his true psycho self on his social media.

Some interesting stuff above. I am wondering if Lucas misunderstood what his new housing situation would be. It sounds like it is still group housing for exceptional individuals but now he has to cook his own meals and wash his own clothes. He still probably can't bring queefy baes over. He might be finding the grass was greener on the other side and that his intitutional meals and laundry service was a good thing?
I never thought that Lucas deleting his YouTube pages was maybe not his idea. Maybe the higher ups at Mallon Place found out that he was not just a run of the mill sped, but an Internet oddity, specifically an lolcow? They maybe thought that this brought shame and discredit to their 1 star rated establishment and wanted Lucas to delete his Islamic content to spare some negative attention Mallon Place was receiving by housing him?
With the exception of the troon hooker and some cooking videos, not much besides his virtue signaling and some boasts about going out to the bars to get pussy.
We will keep Wern watching, hopefully he goes back to full cow antics soon.

I wouldn't be surprised if lucas's intent is to try to play the system to be able to stay there long term - behaving himself enough to stay but when the 6 month re-evaluation comes up, starts acting spazzy enough to convince anyone evaluating him that he's too mental to put out on the street on his own. That said, lucas is too unstable to pull that off successfully too many times. He has a habit of deliberately psyching himself up to come off as crazy when he's trying to do shit like manipulate his way into emergency stabilization to get off the street. The problem is once he works himself up he tends to lose control and start screaming and acting legit mental. Hence incidents like him getting sedated in the street until he was flopped out on the ground, put on a stretcher and hauled away in an ambulance the last time he tried it. In other words, if he's stupid enough to try that its quite likely to backfire on him and get him into trouble. Not to mention staff will notice a pattern of behavior even if he somehow pulls that off and start taking that into account and may count that against him needing to stay there

IF the Creeper manages to fool the Mallon ranglers into believing he's functional enough for independent housing he's going to expect for Mallon or another agency that deals with housing the mentally ill to give him a place to live. I don't think Lucas can just be given a place to live on his own. Section 8 for Disabled people can accept who they want, and most places have deep waiting lists. I think Mallon was a last resort for someone in Lucas' situation.

In his peabrain he would think that grass was greener but in return for laundry and meals he would have to give up practically all of his tugboat and his EBT card. One would have to be exceptional to choose that but we ARE talking about Wern.
However, I actually think he knows that it's gonna get cold again before we know it and he doesn't have the ability to survive outdoors again like before.
As such, I think your theory may be right. Someone, probably family members of patients or employees, googled Mallon Place and hit on this thread in the results.
It comes to their attention that Lucas is infamous and is an internet "figure" and they hit his socials and read this thread. Yeah, I can see someone wrangling him for that.

Could be dark vinyl, top towards the edge of the closet looks almost like a 24" square but it's hard to tell.
I think it's vinyl that looks like a wood plank floor. Jamie's room at Mallon has that type of flooring.

Man, I wish there was video of that incident. I bet Lucas was literally on the ground screaming "reeee!" Security asked how they could help him and he replied that he needed a girlfriend. What a homo! Fucking homeless and screaming like a banshee at a bus station, but his problem is no girlfriend. What an lolcow Lucas truly is.
