The amount of money Lucas both had(keyword had) and spent shocked me. I don't know how his payee handed out the money but I am sure they did cover any tax or cost for him.
With having Google looking up menus and stuff he spent a pretty penny! Much more than I suspected he'd have got. For how much he had and how little he worked he was paid pretty damn well and then figure in he was garnished for Mallon and taxes.
Credit for credit due Lucas worked and earned that money. But I'm a bit miffed his payee let him blow the cash. With his food addiction and issues medically this was as bad as giving a junkie cash.
Now the funny part they let Lucas spend it because they have no need to save up for an apartment bills etc. Even his payee knows Lucas can't and won't live on his own he's stuck at Mallon until he chimps and marches out on command from the voices of the wind. Still fact he could waste his money like a child and not get basic things like soap, socks etc. it shows his true lack of planning and entitlement.
He only flexed about buying new clothes to try to impress people. Yet he didn't. He's fine with the donation bin as long as he gets more food. I had cleaned out some of my older stuff lately and a lot of ties as they just aren't needed in most work places anymore. Perhaps it's my own ego but I felt great thinking little Timmy wants his first mcjob and for 50 cents gets one of my old ties.
The dinner out yea Lucas expecting something like magic gf words and an excuse to look good while he binge eats. What wasnt mentioned and to me the most alien shit. Celebrating their dating? Checking back in on the thread, and I can say this is the most optimistic I’ve been in a while that we’ll see a return to Classic Lucas. He’s fired already, and back to making multiple videos a day? If I remember correctly, one of the conditions for staying at Mallon Place is his medication compliance. I think we can all agree he’s off his meds again, so there’s reason to be optimistic that he’s going to fuck it all up again and get kicked out again.

@Fatal Walter is definitely right. He's off his meds. He went from comparatively normal (for him anyway) to a 180 and making looney videos to vent the crazy thoughts he's having and ranting at people in the comments, screaming nonsense. This is not going to end well for him. It never does. When he deliberately goes off his meds its always a prelude to working himself up into some kind of chimpout. Also, a part of me wonders if lucas actually realizes all of this on some level, understands he will never get another job and after not being able to come up with another way of getting a regular source of income deliberately went off his meds knowing full well it would eventually lead to his getting kicked out of mallon place so that he can try to get his full tugboat back so he can go back to getting an expensive steak once or twice a month. It certainly sounds like something lucas would do. Its incredibly stupid, incredibly short sighted and sacrifices a roof over his head, likely leads to another no rent situation and pretty much guarantees there aren't any other housing options left for him in spokane if he loses mallon place, and puts his safety at risk given how fucked his health is and what he was like when he got into mallon place to begin with. He'd be setting himself up for a terrible existence just so he can brag about eating steak occasionally. and he wonders why he was forced to accept a payee. He is incapable of making rational decisions. He should be either put in eastern state permanently and not allowed to leave, with a limited diet to keep his weight down or allowed to live on the streets entirely left to his own devices to survive without a government tugboat
