I can't speak to washington state requirements or the specific policies of mallon place but when when I was doing security in nursing homes several of them were nursing units and those units did have policies about not allowing residents to leave the building unattended or unescorted. Either by family or staff. Keep in mind its an actual nursing home unit and everyone there has some kind of medical reason for being there so its not unlikely that mallon place has a policy in place for liability reasons that they don't let patients out on their own. I mean what happens if someone from a nursing unit falls and hurts themselves or gets confused and wanders off and gets lost. They have a duty of care in such units and liability if something happens

So yeah it would explain alot about the circumstances and particulars of lucas doing these bizarre silent note videos. But even then its still an incredibly strange thing to do even by crazy people standards.

Yeah the fecund drinks is an incredibly bizarre and fucked up thing to say thats implying alot more than lucas realizes. I suspect he is calling them that because of his history of looney claims that all alcohol is aged, when only certain alcohol types are. Most are just fermented. That aside, fecund specifically refers to fertility. Even aged alcohol is just that, aged alcohol. It doesn't make it fertile. He's basically claiming the drinks are fertile, which is all kinds of looney. Hell fertility only ever decreases with age, which lucas adamantly refuses to accept. To follow his own logic the opposite of fecund would apply to alcohol
