At that time he was paying for his phone and after the phone pmt it left him with that $13. At the beginning of each year there is a cost of living increase which brought his SSI to $841 for 2022. $914 for 2023, $943 for 2024 and $967 for 2025. He has approach women-- a hair dresser that volunteered at a homeless shelter, a bartender, the barista at Starbucks , the nurse at House of Charity. In all those cases it did not turn out well for the Creep at all. That is why he falls back to demanding that someone provide him with a young girlfriend/wife.
