If you are violating HIPPA, you are a bigger cow than Lucas, it's incredibly illegal. I mean I'm talking illegal to the point if you are leaking HIPPA info to troll someone, you'd spend as much time behind bars as Lucas would for finger blasting an 8 year old. So incase the leaker is indeed doing it let that sink in.

Personally I really think it's just gossip and who ever it is, is trying to sound like a big fish in the Lucas troll group/community. The blocking actions add to my feeling on this.

Now devils advocate maybe said person is an idiot in social interactions, and knows someone in the building with Lucas. Lucas has 0 filter so if he forgets to lie or tries to brag he could state things that would be protected other wise, but you indeed have a legal right to expose your own medical info/records.

Yeah, if it's someone who lives in the same building, and there's a common area, and Lucas is running his mouth, that's public info. If it's some idiot in the agency's office and she's leaking the info, well, like you said, they're going up the river. I like laughing at cows, I like having info that isn't widely known. Seeing how Lucas has zero filter I don't think it's difficult to get anything out of him if you know him irl. I could even imagine he is constantly super-inappropriate in how much he shares. If that person is real (which I don't really buy either) they might live with him in the same building and maybe even be as much of a lolcow as he is.

If things sound outlandish then you have to remember it's Lucas who we are talking about here and I'm pretty sure he often gets things happening around him wrong because he's such a sped, which leads to such outlandish stories. If the person claiming to know more is just as much as a sped as he is they might believe everything he says. It might be like a game of telephone, just that everyone involved is retarded.

The thing is with Lucas' cheesy cucumbers is not necessarily that the combination in itself is bad, but rather that he has decided to microwave the ingredients together to make some sort of industrial accident.

Cheese and cucumber together can actually be pretty good-dill and cream cheese cucumber sandwiches are absolutely a thing- but you don't want it to be just cheese and cucumber, nor do you want it to be melted, and especially not melted in the microwave. Cucumbers have so much water in them. Imagine the texture.
