He's back to one of his regular hallucinations, young men with multiple partners.
Lucas has many excuses for why he doesn't have to muster up the courage to talk to a girl that he's supposedly attracted to.
Recently, we've heard that young girls don't often wear covid masks, therefore they're too stupid, and that would affect their dna, so Lucas can't date them, because this is rational.
In the past, when Lucas was going through one of his "I can get every girl in the world to like me by saying my name in an introduction" phase, he often commented one of the things stopping him from talking to a group of girls, was because he would feel compelled to take all the girls out to lunch, and he wouldn't have enough money to do that.
Because, you know, in a group of three to five teenage girls, there's no question that all of them would meekly follow Lucas to get a cheeseburger.
I mean, he can't even find one girl who can stand the sight of him, but he's already making plans for why he's not able to host a party, essentially.
Remember: Lucas is fundamentally a romantic coward. He's a coward in a lot of ways, but he occasionally let slip the truth, which is that he's never even asked a girl for a date in person.
This is one of the reasons Lucas was so infamous for leaving his autistic notes everywhere, and leaving soda and candy with a love quest sign attached to it.
For some reason, the excitement or embarrassment or potential shame in rejection of actually propositioning someone is something that his schizo brain just can't handle. He's literally never done it.
He's asked people out over instant messenger, I think he may have broached the topic on the phone, or through voicemail, but for someone as obsessed with dating as he is, he's never even asked a girl out.
The discrepancy between this cowardice and his blustering vulgar persona tells you everything you need to know about Lucas Werner.
To that end, this comment is suggesting that once he gets his stimulus, he'll be able to take all the girls in the world to lunch at once. The one time in the past when he's actually done this, with the black girl Kiki after the BLM protest, I would love to have been a fly on the wall for that encounter.
The way Lucas phrases it, knowing him as well as we do, and reading between the lines, it sounds like he essentially followed the girl onto the bus, followed her off the bus, ate near or with her, and continue to follow her until she excused yourself from this episode of polite mini stalking.
I can't see a black girl agreeing to date lucas. for some reason, the likelihood of that seems even lower than the likelihood of a white girl agreeing to date lucas, which we already know is an impossibility.
