I had said before that maybe his antics got the attention of a gungho social worker or maybe a municipal judge. Until recently I believed that him not being online was due to something like that. So, the authorities caught up with him, but he was released from the mental health detainer.

I wonder if the courts were involved and directed him to stay off social media? Possibly a condition of his release from the puzzle factory? I just started believing that his absence was maybe his own idea and doing, but he maybe was threatened because the courts or the mental health care providers believe that Lucas being on social media was negatively effecting his mental health.

For the most part no one cares about people like Lucas. He is a hobo and a nuisance. People like him almost always fall through the cracks. And the wranglers and handlers don't get paid enough to care and even if they did, any attempts to do something about him would not yield positive results. But maybe, just maybe, he has become a big enough of a problem that some higher ups decided it was time to tighten the screws on him?

I wouldn't be surprised if the judge found out about some of his online antics, didn't exactly approve and sent a not so happy note to the social worker warning them to do their job and forced them to pay more attention to lucas's behavior or get in shit for not doing their job adequately, leading to a talking to from said social worker. Particularly the shift from online (which lucas knows his social worker can find easily enough) to in person stuff on poles, which lucas likely thinks is a clever trick cause he thinks the social worker won't find out about them

We know that Lucas has a habit of making a scene at the bus station, and that this habit has lead to police encounters, and bans. We know that he's been spending a lot of time there lately, as a refuge of last resort, because he's been getting banned from shelters left and right for aggressive behavior. We know that the transit cops are the ones who carried the butterfly nets, identified and detained him at the station, and then turned him over to SPD.

I can say with confidence, that Lucas spent February to early March 2021 in crisis. This is reflected in the field reports, if not his social media. He was acting up and out IRL, and retreated from social media. But not his puss puss hunt. It's as if all the retard energy he invested in IG came spilling out in Spokane. He spent at least one day being hunted by the men with butterfly nets, before another brief stay at the psych ward.

I *think* the mental health detainer was around the same time he had the stay in the hospital for a couple of days and said it was an evaluation. He had those pics of him in a hospital gown in the bathroom.

He was out after that. Then did the IG memes and stimulus money flashing.

He has legal involvement and regular court dates, so i doubt he’s trying to avoid being located.

I still think he’s off the videos as a court/mental health condition. It’s possible he’s laying low online to avoid catching the attention of mental health authorities and being ordered to undergo another evaluation, but I doubt he has that degree of self control. His attraction signs, only leaving YouTube comments, and repeatedly stating that he won’t respond online and hasn’t been interacting online in months feels like him trying to follow some sort of social media restrictions by the courts. Like he’s just skirting the edge of breaking rules.

He used to do these things with his last least restrictive agreement. He wasn’t allowed to drink so he kept on repeating how he could go out and meet but he wouldn’t be drinking.

It’s entirely possible he blamed his crazy behaviors on stress from social media trolls and the condition placed on him by the courts was that he stay off all his social media accounts and stop making videos. YouTube isn’t social media so I can see him getting away with YouTube commenting.

Hard to be sure but I seriously doubt he’s gone underground to avoid being found for a current mental health detainer. His locations are well known and not too hard to narrow down.

What type of incentive, or catastrophic consequence could motivate Lucas? Jail time? A mental health detainer? These things have never mattered too much to him. And if Lucas is trying to avoid negative attention, how is posting hand drawn attraction signs that explicitly reference his online presence aligned with this goal?

Lucas is still eager for attention. Otherwise, there would be no attraction signs boasting of his "blog.'" But I don't totally discount the importance of the psych ward to Lucas's recent silence, and I think you're on to something.

I suspect that Lucas has enjoyed recent psych ward trips that we don't know about. His escalating behavior, confirmed mental health detainer, and desperation are all suggestive. He's been known to retreat to the psych ward when he has no other options, claiming a bed with idle threats, and he's got precious few shelter options left in Spokane at the moment. I would not be surprised if he's been in and out a couple of times over the past 3-4 months. This, in addition to his Community Court experience, could mean greater scrutiny and aftercare. At the very least, it is plausible that Lucas has recently participated more in the mental health system than he normally does, voluntarily or not.

If Lucas is presently more engaged with the mental health system, that may influence his retreat from social media. Having examined the evidence available, and as a seasoned Wernographer, I concur with those that theorise Lucas’s absence from social media is due to some form of duress.

Can restrictions of someone’s social media be imposed by a psychiatric professional in WA without a court order? That sounds rather unconstitutional but we do not yet have full sight of the circumstances of his last psych hold, nor of any interim measures of his pending court cases.

If Lukey’s court cases are ongoing, it is likely his (free) counsel has advised against him posting any videos in order to reduce the chance of prejudicing his case. In his usual ‘I’m so smart’ manner, Wern probably thinks his YouTube comments and physical posters are a way to fly under the radar.
