My fave here. He admits his diagnoses and discusses his desire for his parents to die. I also like the video where he went all “am I not entitled to…apparently I am” but I can’t find it.
also, Lucas’s comment reply to being reminded that he has had chances with women and that his approach always fails:

Lucas talking about “catch and release” is straight up terrifying.
No shit, right?
What the fuck could "catch and release" mean? Is this some PUA slang that I'm unaware of?
Because what it sounds like, and I'm just guessing mind you, is more of Lucas's pathetic justification for his inability to actually talk to women, or ask them out face to face.
The video that I posted above as my favorite involves a similar justification. He mentions that when he sees women in the mall, he'll say something to them "as he passes by".
He'll suggest that women shouldn't put up with men who treat them badly, but in a drive-by fashion, as if he's expecting the women to giggle and run after him.
He's so pathetic; it probably doesn't even occur to Lucas that if the women even hear him, which is
itself unlikely, as no doubt he says these things under his breath, they probably just think he's what he is: an insane homeless person who spends a lot of time talking to himself.
But again, Lucas can't talk to women, remember? He's always getting cock blocked, and there's never the right opening for him.
Or they're in a group, and he can't take ALL of them to lunch because he doesn't have enough money, and he can't just take one and leave some of the others out because that wouldn't be chivalrous, and taking several of them is greedy and against his principles. (I want everyone to notice that the
true difficulty in accomplishing this feat, that is to say, getting the women to consent to a lunch date, is something that Lucas assumes automatically)
Or the women have weird idiosyncrasies to their faces, which indicate things about their personalities and lives that Lucas could never realistically know, but he simultaneously doesn't want to pass on to his children. Or the faces
do look okay, but the women probably have syphilis, because he's seen the individual women with several men.
Now, if he went up to the women and asked them if they had STDs, they would no doubt tell him, (he detailed this knowledge in one of the Geek Room interviews, an odd moment where Lucas was seemingly attempting to make a joke, while simultaneously positing an example of his misunderstanding of social interaction) because that's something you do with a stranger, but Lucas rarely gets to that point.
You'll pardon the digression, but Lucas "catching and releasing" anything is either a horrifying new avenue of social misbehavior that we don't yet know about, or another excuse for his inability to look a teen in the eye while talking to them.
As a 40-year-old man.
