Fennec exists, which is a privacy-based fork of Firefox mobile, and you can also further harden it like with vanilla Firefox.Closest I can think of are Pale Moon (FF28 maintained by a lone furfag last I checked) Otter (Opera 12 clone that uses WebKit) and NetSurf (most notable for running on 9front and RISC-OS.)
Everything else uses either Mozilla's Gecko or Google's Blink.
I use Cromite, although it seems to only other "privacy browser" for android (besides TOR) is Thor.
Still, it is giving me some schadenfreude watching Mozilla get ass-blasted by angry people on their forum in the wake of their latest decision.
No software company can resist the lure of enshittification forever, I guess.
