Not sure if he's actually 13 years old, his text to speech videos are a direct reference to IGoByLotsOfNames' videos, which I think are funnier because of the text to speech. He's a modded Minecraft player who makes these really zoomerpilled videos. They're pretty funny.
Regian is a player in this video, where he commands a faction on a 100 player modded Minecraft server, and another faction opposes him because they're anti-reddit, but it's all in good fun. Honestly one of the best 100 player civilization type videos out there, but if you're not a fan of the humor or style of the text to speech, you won't enjoy it.

edit: After watching Regian's video he said he was only 12 years old in 2018 so he would be 18 this year. Based zoomer.

I'm catching up on the stream (31 May 2024) and not sure if anyone's mentioned this already. What you're thinking of at 1h 22m was Nick's half-witted attempt at humour about the orphan child in this horrific case:

I must be a Karen Farmer, because frankly, it's the most disgusting thing that Rekieta has said that comes to mind. It's definitely the only thing in Nick's lolcow speedrun that made me actually MATI rather than laugh at him.

He has finally crossed the line from defending Vito's humor to actively engaging in, uh, let's call it "Vito-style comedy". The child he was talking about was prepubescent and therefore clearly did not have any "fetishes".

It's "shock humor" in the sense that the "punchline" is that he is willing to talk about her in a degrading sexual way. Not funny.

No. Rottweilers were purpose bred to be shepherds and livestock guardians. They have an inclination to be protective with a slightly higher than average hostility towards strangers but that is due to their use in defending livestock. A well trained Rottweiler can be a wonderful companion.

At risk of sounding like a reddit shitbull guy breeds like Rottweilers, sheperds, mastiffs, cane corsos, etc need shit to do or EXTENSIVE exercise/mental stimulation to compensate for that. They were bred to herd and guard flocks, if they just sit on a couch all day and get put in stupid little costumes for IG photoshoots their brains will eventually break.
