I get what you're saying, but I also appreciate this review from the A&N thread:It looks like an off brand outdoors clothing logo that you'd find at Gabe's (formerly Gabriel Brothers)
Especially about the hidden W.I definitely like it a lot more than the generic state seal on a solid color background. Turquoise, forest green, and white is a really eye-pleasing color combination, it's simplistic enough to be reproduced, and it's distinct enough to be recognizable from a distance. And there's a W for Washington built into the mountaintops, which is pretty neat.
For me personally, it looks too clean for a government flag, but I don't really know much about flags.
