This sort of behavior has gone on since Reddit's conception, and no one does anything about it. I've seen this happen in subs -- ranging from popular lolcows to hyper-niche interests -- where someone will target a literally who for acting in a way they personally don't like, rallying other users to engage in mass reporting on whatever platform. Reddit does not give a fuck.
