Same, I updated Brave TM which for whatever reason reset my preferences re: URL suggestions. Typed"K" on the search bar in a screen share today, first 2 results being kiwifarms and kinocasinogaming. I have never hit ctrl+backspace faster in my life. Survived by the skin of my teeth to die another day.
