Kate Bush is famously reclusive. After her Mum died in the early 90s she really withdrew from being in public and moved to the countryside. Also Kate, much like Grace Jones mentioned elsewhere, didn't chase commercial success all that much and just focused on being genuinely creative.
Kate was considered hot when she was younger. She looked nice but not classically beautiful, and she had a great body because she was young and a dancer (she forced her record label to send her to dance school before she'd release her first album). She never really tried to be sexy, she could make some sensual videos but predominately was artistic (e.g. portraying Donald Sutherland's 10 year old son in Cloudbusting, or a woman suffering from pre-eclampsia in This Woman's Work).
She's also pretty down to earth. She gave a rare interview in 2005 and made the journalist a cup of tea and then chatted away while doing the washing up and getting ready to pick her son up from school - at the same time that Madonna was doing her weird old lady pelvic thrusts in Hung Up.

She's not trying to do anything other than be an artsy 62 year old woman. She looks lovely and you can imagine an older gentleman being thrilled to be married to her. It's hardly surprising given one of her biggest hits was Babooshka, about a married woman who wasn't handling getting older very well, which she released in her early 20s.
Basically everyone loves and respects Kate Bush, and even if her latest stuff isn't as well liked, you can tell she's just doing whatever she wants to express herself artistically (which is basically what she always did, and why she was such a hit in the 80s even though her music was pretty avant garde).

If you look carefully the picture Madonna posted has a "nachopalooza" watermark. He seems to be a 20-something gay guy from Chilie who runs an aesthetic Tumblr and stans a variety of female pop stars.
It's not a good Photoshop. Madonna could easily have hired a model and then had a studio shoot to match lighting etc and paid a professional to do the Photoshopping. I can only assume she came across this photo as fan art, and because she's a boomer who can't recognise bad Photoshopping, showed her assistants going "Omg this could be me, couldn't it? I should post it!".
That or she knew it was a terrible Photoshop and posted it as a joke, but nothing from this thread or Madonna's public persona indicates the requisite level of self awareness.

Kate Bush is great and I think I posted her as the opposite of Madonna and other popstars desperately trying to fight their age in the Bad Plastic Surgery thread. If an artist or celebrity isn't actively making an ass of themselves or is involved in drama I'm usually not that curious about their personal life.

Except you will not find evidence, written or otherwise, that outright supports such a claim. In fact, the opposite would be true, especially for the non-abrahamic semites of the Middle East who saw homosexuality as degenerate.

People like Xenophon would flee Athens with one of the reasons being the pederastia. Homosexuality was never universally accepted in any civilization or settled society, or even nomad-pastoralists. Ever heard of a homosexual Turk or Mongol in Late Antiquity or the Middle Ages? Unlikely.
 
I will be honest here. I was never a huge fan of her, but some of her songs are actually decent and I am a fan of 80s music. But man, she was always a fucking cunt. And the part where she made that speech about blowing up the white house? Sick woman!

Mae West actually had some talent in her early careeer, though, and wrote some successful plays (whereas every film this broad touches stinks to high heaven) Mae at least had camp value when she went out looking like a fat muppet. Madonna is just pathetic.
