Fucking hell, why are there so many lines of text? ELEVEN LINES OF TEXT??? BRO WHY IS THERE FLAVOR TEXT?? I'm not even reading it, whoever designed this card is a bigger nigger than the race swapped Luna in the art.

It's AI generated from top to bottom, you can tell with how badly the text gets garbled near the end. There's a chance the person did input and the AI still garbled the fuck out of it because fans "who make cards" tend to go overboard with effects for the sake of making memes. TBH I see this AI generated card stuff all the time on the subreddit so I imagine it's a dedicated bot for it.

I've started playing Maelstrom Wanderer as a gruul+counterspells commander and ask "what's that do?" when I see a wall of text card. I make them start reading it, and once they take their first inhale, I cast a counterspell and say "Nah, too many words." it's been exquisite for salt mining.

I’ve once again been trawling arena for some fun even with the dirty turtles plastered everywhere, and it’s been delightful to play my timeless necrodominance list. The number of people who concede in response to swamp>thoughtsieze is way higher than it should be, and getting the kill by casting Corrupt is way more satisfying in timeless than any other format.

We will not get blocks until MaRo is dead

I found a classic book at a shop.

It's in a bit of rough shape, but still has some gems in it.

Kind of weird that they don't include the possibility of learning from the Microprose game that had been out for several years at the time

I just got into MTG about 5 months ago. I'm a deckmaking addict, but I do it all on Archidekt fo' free. My little bracket 2 commander group tried out some of the TMNT cards. We play on Tabletop Simulator and make VIRTUAL DECKS (cyberspace, bitch).

My friend has caused a ton of issues with these two cards alone:1773876157996.png1773876205447.png

With Dark Leo & Shredder as his commander, and him managing to topdeck Endless Foot Assault every game, he is able to populate his board with 12 deathtouch ninjas in 3 or 4 turns in a 4 player game. This easily triggers the "lose half your life, rounded up" stuff too.

We are Bracket 2 Bozos so it's quite the shocker! I'm glad the set added a lot of Ninja mechanics and content, but, like Spider-Man, it is just too different from the core MTG style and vibe. It sticks out like a sore-thumb.

It's fun being a deckaholic though, 105 decks in 5 months. Rakdos 4 Life.
