my theory is that Chris got released from jail but, he is still locked up in the looney bin.

im 90% sure sibling and parent incest is a crime in every single state.
not sure if it's a sex crime though.

so his next hearing would be in august or september i think. his what, 3 year anniversary being imprisoned.

Per Wikipedia: In New Jersey and Rhode Island, incest between consenting adults (16 or over for Rhode Island, 18 or over for New Jersey) is not a criminal offense, though marriage is not allowed in either state.

They're there until this case is over. If he ever gets rid of them, it will be by going back to jail for fucking up or having the case dismissed under the deferred adjudication.

I think it's pretty obvious at this point that without tard wranglers he'll continue getting in trouble with the law.

A. Any person who engages in sexual intercourse with any person whom he is forbidden by law to marry is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor except as provided by subsection B.

Though I'd have to ask where you found that, because this is what I found:

The most severe penalties for incest are in Massachusetts, Virginia, Texas and Oregon, which punish incest with up to 20 years in prison, Georgia where a penalty for incest is up to 30 years in prison, Wisconsin where the penalty for incest is up to 40 years in prison, and in the states of Colorado, Nevada, Montana, Idaho and Michigan where a penalty of up to life imprisonment for incest may be given.

does it make a distinction between cousin and sibling/parent incest.
in some states, the former is not illegal, the latter is.

The law Pointless Sperg cited is Virginia, § 53.1-68(C)
Requirements for discharge planning for individuals with serious mental illness assessed as requiring behavioral health services upon release from the local correctional facility, which shall include (i) creation of a discharge plan, as soon as practicable after completion of the assessment required pursuant to subdivision 1, and (ii) coordination of services and care with community providers, community supervision agencies, and, as appropriate, the individual's family in accordance with the discharge plan until such time as the individual has begun to receive services in accordance with the discharge plan or for a period of 30 days following release from the local correctional facility, whichever occurs sooner.

But Chris isn't NGRI and though he may qualify for the autism disposition, THIS law doesn't mention autism ANYWHERE and just autism by itself isn't legally classified as a "serious mental illness" or even a mental illness at all. It entitles him to disability and nothing else.

So unless Western State gave him an additional schizophrenia diagnosis (unlikely) the courts can absolutely dump an autist on the streets with no plan

Imagine working your way through school with the dream of helping those with mental disabilities integrate into society and making the world a better place only to be Chris' court ordered tard wrangler. I wonder how many hours it took for them to regret their life choices.

It doesn't say NGRI, it says "individuals with serious mental illness," which Chris definitely is. The autism deferral is a completely separate thing, 19.2-303.6. It's hard to imagine finding someone disabled by a mental illness that isn't serious. You wouldn't get disability at all for a non-disabling condition.

They are more likely to be newly graduated social workers doing the grunt work who have no experience with tard wrangling at all. Post-Covid most places have stopped hiring actual trained tard wranglers since they are required to pay us more then a new social worker that gets spit out for a dime a dozen.

Their will also be more trained social workers and such on staff, but honestly most group homes don't require much educate to be a wrangler.

No one posted bail because he wasn't bailed out. It was a court order.
He's probably heavily medicated and under surveillance at a group home. His lawyer probably scared him into not talking. Chris finally had to deal with real, tangible consequences for once in his life. He probably doesn't want to go back to the slammer.
Or if you're an Occam's razor kind of guy, maybe his handlers are buying his silence with Lego.

They wouldn't just do that right? wouldn't someone have to pursue that, like his lawyer would have to file some sort of paperwork? I just didn't know that american courts do that
If you have been watching Chris then you know that he is fundamentally incapable of learning from his mistakes or understanding consequences in a truly meaningful way
