They wouldn't just do that right? wouldn't someone have to pursue that, like his lawyer would have to file some sort of paperwork? I just didn't know that american courts do that
If you have been watching Chris then you know that he is fundamentally incapable of learning from his mistakes or understanding consequences in a truly meaningful way
His lawyer did file for a deferral of disposition and it seems most likely that his release is related to that being granted.

It doesn't say NGRI, it says "individuals with serious mental illness," which Chris definitely is. The autism deferral is a completely separate thing, 19.2-303.6. It's hard to imagine finding someone disabled by a mental illness that isn't serious. You wouldn't get disability at all for a non-disabling condition.
I specified that this is different because someone else thought I was talking about the autism disposition. The point is, autism isn't legally classified as a mental illness and as far as we know Chris doesn't have anything else

That was granted months ago. The only docket entries on 3/27 are cryptic.

Two unknown orders, a transportation order, destination unknown, and a letter, presumably filed by either Heilberg or perhaps whatever tard wrangling operation has him now.

Where did you get that idea? It's definitely in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for the Diagnosis of MENTAL DISORDERS.

In the Ralphamale's case, I doubt he can afford a postage stamp, let alone a pizza.
He must be seething that Chris can get over 100 pages of discussion just from a few word long update on his status, while Ralph struggles to drum up enough attention to fund a six-pack at the corner store. EOR may be the biggest lolcow since Chris, but he's still nowhere near the throne.

Is Autism a mental illness?
Autism spectrum disorder is a developmental disorder, not a mental illness in the traditional sense. Though listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5)—a handbook used by healthcare professionals to diagnose mental health conditions—autism is classified as a neurodevelopmental disorder.
Is autism a disability or a disorder?
Technically, it's both. Autism is a developmental disorder that is also classified by both the medical and legal communities as a disability.
Mental illness vs autism
It’s not uncommon for people, particularly adults, to be misdiagnosed with a mental illness before receiving a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD). But mental illness and developmental disabilities like autism are not the same things, although many people with autism also have a mental illness.
When someone with autism also has a mental illness, it’s known as a dual diagnosis.
Legally, Chris's autism is a disability like blindness, but not in the same category as "mentally ill" unless he also has another diagnosis along with the autism we don't know about. So even if he qualifies for autism disposition, he still might not qualify as "mentally ill" for the 30 day release plan

maybe just set up some kinda parental system on a cheap old machine where they can only play minecraft and access youtube kids to watch episodes of my little pony
as good of an idea as this is, you get caught doing something like this without consent of the individual (the tard) or their Poa or Conservator you get in BIG shit. they call it a "Human rights violation." which.....considering Chris raped his MOTHER would be.....hysterical. in like a...Shakespearian kind of way but regardless, if I were his care taker I SURE wouldn't do that, and not just for the milk. but...also for the milk.

I wonder if jail broke him. her. it. Being away from the internet and forced to confront the reality of the situation he put himself in. maybe Chris learned that attracting attention just gets you shanked
did you read any of this niggers letters? he was pretending to be the reincarnation of jesus christ. his grasp on reality only got worse as his time in jail continued

he was also kept in protected custody, so it's doubtful he learnt anything about being 'shanked'

I doubt he would have been sent to a loony bin for just autism.

That said good point, gratuitous negrate deleted.

I think it is the prevailing opinion though that there is way more wrong with Chris than just "high functioning" autism.

Also another thing supporting your opinion.

Another recent law allowing evidence of a defendant's mental condition that doesn't rise to the level of NGRI listed these categories of relevant evidence:
(i) a mental illness, (ii) a developmental disability or intellectual disability, or (iii) autism spectrum disorder as defined in the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association.
§ 19.2-271.6(B)

The fact the legislature lists mental illness, developmental or intellectual disabilities, and autism separately indicates they consider them different things.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall during Chris's therapy sessions. I would give my left nut to listen to an actual psychiatrist try to discern his delusions from reality.

"You see, doctor, a middle-schooler tricked me into putting my Sonichu medallion up my ass, and then there was this pickle man who stole my date at the mall. Later there was another me trying to steal my life."

There's also the issue that he inherited Barb's devious white trash scammer mentality, so has the animal cunning to exaggerate his behavior when he thinks it is advantageous. It's usually just stupid but really hamming it up with the nutso shit is in his benefit.

I don't think he's an actual schizophrenic, but the boy ain't right in the head, beyond just autism. And for all we know, he actually was diagnosed with other stuff when he got his :tugboat: He would have just focused in on the "high-functioning" autism shit because he thought it was a compliment, and not stuff that would be embarrassing to him.
