There is the possibility that Chris was given a medical bond.
This is a fairly new thing and would bond him out to receive "medical care" that the prison system does not want to pay for. Such as placement in a therapeutic group home situation type deal.
The group home will bond out tards for the Medicaid bucks they will receive in exchange for housing, feeding, and wrangling the autists.

For what it's worth, his court page still declares him as being in custody.

Normally I'd just assume that he site hasn't been updated yet, since VINE clearly states he was bonded out, but we know for a fact that it was updated today since there is a new transportation order.

I recall Chris said he had money saved since he wasn’t spending his tugboat while he was in jail, so it’s very possible he paid for his own bond if it was low enough. (Or he put it on credit, which is also an option if it’s low enough.)

Typically disability payments stops when they go to jail. At least that is what happened to a coworker’s half uncle. His payment got suspended and he had to pay a portion back,
