Holy crap the Autistic son of God is on the loose in Virginia. The question is who bailed him out? Was it is lawyer, maybe the Praetors, or some distant family member? Idk, the other question is: When will he be back online? He still has a youtube channel to my knowledge, and a bunch of twitter alts he can hide on. Knowing Chris he's gonna talk about everything. For now thought it's jsut a waiting game.

Did Chris actually have a bond? I thought the state originally planned to release him after booking with no bond under the condition that he not contact Barb and stay out of trouble. They had to arrest him once he accessed Barb’s bank account. And once someone violates those terms, they usually forfeit their chance to post bail.

People are released without posting bail all the time. It gets to a point where the state doesn’t want to pay for it and they need to cycle through more dangerous suspects/defendants. And the state gets a bad look when a defense attorney has to prod them with Habeas Corpus or the 6th Amendment.

Chris was given an emergency protective order to keep him from contacting or seeing Barb when it came out that he fucked her. This got him kicked out of the house and eventually he went to the motel. He was not charged at this time. Chris would go on to the violate the EPO and was arrested, though he might not have been arrested specifically for the EPO violation. After he was arrested he was charged with incest and was denied bail.

Since then his lawyer has been continuing the case constantly till we're almost two years later and Chris is out of jail and most likely going to a group home. His case is still pending though, but sealed so we can't see what's been going on exactly.

Typically disability payments stops when they go to jail. At least that is what happened to a coworker’s half uncle. His payment got suspended and he had to pay a portion back,
Sorry if this has been addressed by another poster. IIRC the disability payments stop if convicted of a crime and sent to prison for 12+ months. Chris might be guilty, but he hasnt been convicted yet, so my understanding is he was still stacking checks from uncle sam whilst in jail.
