In response to limiting internet access if Chris is in a group home — long term care (nursing) homes, at least in Canada but I assume similar in the US — often don't have internet access period and each resident is expected to pay for their own. Group homes could be the same deal. Assuming Chris's internet access isn't limited by the court, it's entirely possible that he just straight up doesn't have internet where he is and would be expected to deal with getting it himself, which probably wouldn't happen overnight.
If the condition of bail is to not be near a computer or some shit like that, his next move may be escaping the facility just to find a computer with internet access.

I wouldn't be shocked if Heilberg specifically requested a condition of Chris' bond be no internet access. The case is still ongoing so I doubt he'd want Chris inadvertently dropping more Honest Content about soul-bonding online to "defend" himself.

(Somehow fucked up the quoting there but) it seems pretty weird to ask the court to impose a restriction on yourself. I can imagine the judge would say something like "no that's your issue to sort out".

If his shit is still in the house or has been moved to a storage unit, he has a shot at getting it.

(Yes, I saw the picture of the boxes and bags by the side of the road too, but there are no toys in that pic. I’m not getting my hopes up)
Does Chris even know existence of storage units?

He has half house worth of junk collected.

At this point Chris should be doped to gills and kept in a housing unit for his sake and for others.

The court won't stop someone from requesting more stringent conditions, especially if there's a strategic benefit from the perspective of the defense they're more likely to request it. Even in misdemeanor cases like DUIs, the defense will move to immobilize the vehicle and seize its plates, which doesn't seem beneficial to the defendant at first but absolutely can be. Especially if the person's a repeat offender.

This is specifically a secured bond since it's a felony charge which gives the court even more discretion to set conditions vs. unsecured/OR bonds.

A more restrictive set of conditions might also strengthen Chris' case for deferred disposition. If he does well wherever he's been placed and complies with all of the requirements of his bond, that's a strong argument in his favor. His biggest weakness throughout this whole process has been his complete inability to shut up.

I hope he finds out about them, somehow gets all of his shit from Branchland Court stored in one, then inevitably stops (or forgets about) paying the monthly fee on it.

Could you imagine the episode of Storage Wars where a bunch of boomers stumble upon Chris’s hoard? How much are they going to bid on the unit?

Forgive my ignorance but do we know the status of 14 BC? Is Barb still living there? Is his old room intact? Seems to me that if Barb has anyone at all in her life who cares they would clean out the belongings of the person who took advantage of her dementia to repeatedly rape her on a bi-weekly basis.

As far as the property records go, Barb is still listed as owner (along with Bob in fact) and the RE taxes have been paid up through the second half of 2022. So somebody is paying the taxes on the house at the very least.

So he's off to parts unknown (to us at least), right?

All I can say is, if I were in charge of a group home that took him in, I wouldn't want publicity.
Who wants to be mobbed by weens?

I'm betting he ends up homeless, if he's not already there.
